The property itself was great and worked perfectly for our needs. The space was comfortable, well set up, and exactly as described.

We did run into an issue during our stay when the batteries in the door lock died and we were temporarily locked out. That said, the host was responsive and the issue was resolved in about an hour, which we appreciated.

One thing that surprised me was the pre check in requirements. They requested copies of IDs for all adults and a photo of my credit card. That felt outside the norm compared to the dozens of short term rentals I’ve booked and raised some concerns for me around data security. While everything ultimately went fine, I think it’s worth noting for future guests so there are no surprises.

Overall, a good stay with a solid property, but the pre check in policies may not be for everyone.

The resort was also very clean and the pools, slides, and lazy river were a lot of fun. My only complaint is that the splash pad part of the resort was not heated water and we were not there during a warm week so the water in the splash pad was freezing. Too cold for my children to even want to play in it.

My family and I enjoyed this house. It was clean, modern, spacious, and felt like home. This home was great for traveling with an infant and toddler. There are high chairs and stroller’s. Spacious and clean house. Good for families with young babies. They had 2 high chairs, 1 pack and play, 2 umbrella stroller (summer infant 3D) and one gate for the stairs. We rented a BBQ and another pack and play and everything was there when we arrived. You can walk to the Retreat Club (less then 5 minutes). We also enjoyed the Oasis club with the lazy river. The gate is a little bit annoying because the scan never works. The Publix is a short drive away. Blue Sky Blue sky were very quick to answer all of our questions. We enjoyed Champions Gate community and we would be back.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Blue Villa homes, the homes are incredible. We loved the open floor plan, the kitchen was AMAZIING... all 5 BRs were incredible and there was master suite on both main level and upstairs, all with their own bathroom. The decor was great... also loved that we had a garage for the rainy day. The only issue we had was with that hot tub/pool, we paid the extra $120+ to have it heated and we were only able to use it one time. But, the first day I called about that issue they were quick to get maintenance out to fix it but unfortunately it messed up the next day. But, they are great homes and the company is quick to respond and friendly.

We would definitely stay here or at another of Blue Sky's properties in the future.
We loved our stay. The pool heat worked great so we were able to enjoy the spa and the pool. The house fit us perfectly. We loved having two bedrooms downstairs so the older guest didn't need to worry about navigating the stairway. We used the stroller provided for one of our excursions to Busch Gardens and it was perfect! We were close to the clubhouse with the bigger slide so that was perfect to entertain the kids. The size of the clubhouse was great for us-it had cornhole and a little putt putt course. We also visited the larger clubhouse located about 2 miles away. That was more crowded and did not have as good of a slide. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the property manager. The house was clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here or at another of Blue Sky's properties in the future.

Beautiful new build. Large home and beautifully decorated, with only one room in Disney theme-- a refreshing break from the park craziness. Otherwise a peaceful oasis. Do be aware that although the kitchen in well-equipped, there is absolutely nothing in the way of condiments, spices, coffee filters, etc provided, as it clearly states in the listing. We truly enjoyed this stay in a beautiful home.

Great stay
Spent 28-days at the property with 6 adults and 2 young children. There was plenty of room and the house accurately matched the photos. We were in the pool and hot tub daily, and it was a blast. There is a neighborhood clubhouse that is brand new within walking distance and it has a nice outdoor restarting/bar plus pool and large slides. There is a separate clubhouse about 1.5miles away and it has an indoor restaurant and two pools. There is a free shuttle service that can be used to get around so no need to drive. Championsgate Golf Club is .25 mile away and it was a great course. There is a new Publix grocery store .5 mile away that we frequented weekly via a quick bike ride. Then Championsgate is 3 mile away that we went to various restaurants there that were great. I’d highly recommend the house for large family gatherings!

3rd Stay with Blue Sky Villa
This is my families 3rd visit to Florida and using Blue sky villa. We absolutely love this new home it was perfect for our immediate family this year with a smaller “family” trip of ten. Blue Sky Villas has my forever business!
After booking I received immediate confirmation, I made a quick phone call to a very courteous representative and all things were finalized. All information was emailed to me and they were kind enough to text information for easier access. Throughout our stay they went above and beyond to keep in contact and make sure everything was up to their extremely high standards. Upon arrival the home was immaculate! The house is equipped with top of the line appliances and was stocked with everything needed. We stayed during a colder week so the pool with heat wasn't for me, but the kids were more than thrilled to swim during our stay. The area is a growing community so there is housing construction, but nothing you can hear inside the home. The community is heavily gated, everyone was friendly. We were able to visit everywhere we wanted to go with easy highway access. I could not have dreamt up a better vacation home or management team. Without hesitation Blue Sky Villas has my forever business!

This was by far the best airbnb my family and I have stayed in. We really loved the layout! The pool and hot tub were a bonus! The villa has modern appliances and decorations . Each bedroom had it's own access to a bathroom. The bedrooms were also spaced apart enough where you have your privacy although you are with others. You do receive a lot of text as friendly reminders, but after staying here I understand why. The place looked just like the photos (with a few minor issues we reported), but in my opinion did not take away from them receiving 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed staying at this house. I was very happy that it had a functional garage since it's what I needed for my mom who's in a wheelchair. the house had comfortable furniture except the couch. it was very low to the ground and not very comfortable, but that did not take away from the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the entire house, or the attention to detail in the instructions. the hostess was very responsive with any question or doubt I had. I recommend this house to anybody wanting to stay to visit the theme parks.
