Annual Disney Vacation 2022
We come to Disney every year and this year takes the #1 spot! The home and the resort were incredible. We have never stayed in this community before but everything was so new and clean. The decor in the home was beautiful. It was also our first time staying with Blue Sky and they were the best to work with. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will choose Blue Sky for our future vacations!

Fantastic, fun and family friendly!
Amazing experience with Blue Sky Villas. Plenty of space, very cleanly and a family friendly resort!!! The villa is located just a few steps away from the main pool, water slides and lazy river! Our kids loved the themed rooms and the spacious common areas of the house. We are already looking at dates to book again next year.

This was my 1st experience with my family with an air bnb at a resort. We were out there for “dance nationals” and had such a pleasant experience. Blue sky villas were very communicative and extremely helpful and very responsive ; for there were many questions I had ask as it being my 1st time. They also were very helpful with accommodation for my other 2 children as they were to and from dance nationals. I was at Windsor island resorts. Everyone within the resort were very accommodating as well. We had such an amazing time. Felt very safe, extremely peaceful and great location. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly peaceful safe resort to go to. With blue sky villas a company to deal with cause no matter who I talked to they were so great. Again highly recommended…

Perfect home for our family vacation
Travelled to Florida as a family of 9 and this home exceeded our expectations. So spacious, clean & beautifully decorated. Perfect sized private pool & steps away to the main outdoor water park. So many amenities to keep us entertained. Beds are so comfortable, kitchen is very spacious & grounds are neatly maintained. 131 Jetty Way made us feel like we were home. We will definitely take advantage at booking this location again.

Renter
We recently spent almost a week at this wonderful property! The home was exquisitely decorated, and had all of the needed essentials for us. The space was even better than the pictures portrayed, it was so large.! We had lots of room to spread out and spend quality time as a family too. The multitude of bedrooms, bathrooms, televisions, etc. made for such a relaxing vacation! The kitchen had multiple different dishes and cooking products making meal preparation a breeze. The amenities at Windsor Island are top notch. We utilized the games room, mini golf, basketball, cornhole, pool, hot tub, lazy, river, and slides! It was a safe and welcoming atmosphere. We had zero issues with noise and everyone we encountered was friendly. The location was great, we took a day trip into Tampa and also did some things in Orlando. Grocery store and restaurants were just around the corner and further shopping was accessible also.. Communication about the rental went perfectly. Five star accommodations and booking procedure. We would highly recommend!

This rental was perfect! It was in a great location, close to disney, grocery stores and Walmart. The resort was beautiful and not busy. The house was comfortable, the beds were also very comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool, and the pool heat was 100% worth it. Everything was clean. The only thing was that it took a long time to get through the gated entrance, even once we got our pass. I am sure it will get better with time though.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The pool was a huge hit for the family and there was more than enough space for us to stay comfortably for the week we were there! It wasn’t too far from any of the places we wanted to visit and was a nice place to wind down at night.

We had the absolute BEST vacation at this property. The house was perfect size for our group of 9, very cozy. When we weren't at the parks we were enjoying the clubhouse amenities which was a 2 min walk right across the street! It was perfect!! We would highly recommend this rental!

Loved it
We are a family of 4 with two kids under 4, so safe to say we were nervous travelling. When we arrived the open concept of the house was jaw dropping, a walkout to your own private HEATED pool was fantastic. Upstairs there were themed rooms which the kids loved. With 7 different beds, there was ample amount of space. Not to mention the owners had made the place spotless and the decorations made it feel cozy and like home. The amenities were great. A gym, Arcade, volleyball and basketball courts all easily accessible and a 3 second walk from our door. The resort staff was super friendly and helped us order food a couple of nights. The water area was the best part. A massive pool in the middle, lazy river to float on, a kids splash playground, and a water slide. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, ice cream, pharmacy, and sports fields. 20 minute drive to Disney. Am absolutely going back and would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

March Break in the Sun
We had a wonderful stay at 131 Jetty! The house is an easy walking distance to the main clubhouse for any age. We were able to run back if an item was forgotten. The rooms were all clean, the kitchens had every cooking pot or utensil we desired. Plenty of space for the 5 kids and 4 adults that travelled together. We spent 2 days at the parks and wasted no time in traffic or travelling we were so close! With ease we were able to get groceries online and in store. Restaurants were 5 to 20 mins away with an easy drive! One of the greatest targets I have ever shopped at was 20 mins tops away, not too far from the Krispy Kreme. The check in and out process was smooth. The garage and clean up of the house was clear, concise and easy. The best part is the owners were a text away and ready with answers.

This condo is great!
This condo is great! A very short walk over to the club house to enjoy the lazy river, water slides, pool, putt putt and more... perfect place to hang out. Beaches are 1-2hrs away, Universal and Disney not far either. Shopping and food right down the road . This gated community with security and amazing workers helps u feel safe, comfortable and lowers the stress of world.

Amazing Family Vacation
We had a great stay at 131 Jetty Way with our family. We very comfortably fit six adults and four kids under age 5 and we had a great time. The house has all you need to have a great trip with kids. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved having lots of bathrooms including the convenient powder room by the pool. Having the pool at the house was awesome, we used it a lot. The club house was also so much fun; the kids loved the splash area, lazy river, big pool, and the arcade - we went almost everyday! We also enjoyed popping out to Disney Springs and there was easy access to lots of stores. The home was clean, spacious, and well thought out to accommodate families! Thanks for the great vacation :)

Townhome was just as advertised. So many great extras that were thought of. The water park was great for us and the kids. The walk to the clubhouse and water park was super short. Made it several times throughout the day. We will def be back!!!

Nice, large modern place. Lots of construction going on - which we knew ahead of time. Large trucks started at 6:30am. BSV staff very helpful when requested. Very busy roads in area, lots of restaurants. A lot of police presence a couple of days - not sure of what was going on? Would go back...

Perfect vacation home
Just got back today from our stay at Windsor island resort. I wish I could rate this even higher. Was such an incredible family vacation. Absolutely beautiful home. So nice having your own private pool and also having access to the amenities on the resort. My daughter is 4 years old and there was plenty for her to do and keep her busy! Will definitely be making this a yearly family vacation. The host was very easy to contact and prompt with responses. Not a single thing to complain about.

Fantastic Stay
Absolutely gorgeous condo! We had everything we needed, it was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. You have your our own private pool, access to a games room, exercise room and a full water park that felt like paradise. Close proximity to Disney parks and lots of amenities. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
We had a large party with us. I had family visiting while we were there. The house was very comfortable. The beds were great. We were close to Disney, grocery stores, Walmart and everything. The pool heat was SO worth it! The resort was so nice. The staff was wonderful as well. The downsides were that kids had to be 48 inches tall to ride the slides (my kid was just shy of that), going in and out through the gated area was also a pain and always seemed to take a while, That said, it was all in all a great experience! We had wonderful neighbors the whole time, everyone we met was nice, and I really don't have any complaints.

Amazing for families!!
Wonderful place for kids and families. Big spaces inside the unit, clean and modern. So great to have a private heated pool in the backyard. Amenities are first class ( lazy river is warm and clean), huge pool, great bar area and the arcade for the kids was a hit. Close to everything - all Disney parks, shopping. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

131 jettyway, nice place to stay,it is approximately 40-45 minutes from theme parks. Overall house was nice to stay in, was clean, lots of room. We had 7 people, 4 adults 3 kids. This townhouse could easily house 10 people. Overall very glad we stayed here. The only complaint would be the resort pool closed way to early at 6pm, so if you go to the parks the resort pool would be closed when you get back. I gave an overall star rating of 4 due to resort pool hours, and to use the amenities such as volleyball, basketball etc you had to leave your personal, PHOTO, ID at the front desk, which I didn't understand because they already have my info, so we did not use these.

Great Florida vacation
This "home" has a great central location and is fully equipped with everything a family needs to feel at home. Layout is ideal for more than one family to share and within the resort it's just steps from all the resort amenities. The private lanai pool is perfect for a late night swim or after a day at the resort water slides and lazy river. My husband and I shared this home with another couple for almost a month and there was plenty of space for privacy. Would definitely go back

We were very pleased with our accommodation at Windsor Island. There was ample space for our family of 5. It was nice to have a full kitchen to be able to prepare breakfasts before heading out for the day. We were also very impressed at how well built the villas are. We were there when Tropical Storm Nicole blew thru and unless you looked outside we had no idea anything was even happening. We couldn't hear the wind or rain. For the most part the unit was clean. There were a few spots on the carpets in the bedrooms and common areas upstairs but nothing to be concerned about or worth mentioning. Because of our busy schedule we didn't get a chance to use the properties amenities. We attempted to go to the lazy river but as soon as we stepped into the water we had to get out because there was lightening in the area. We did make good use of the pool at our unit however.

Communication with the property management company prior to arriving was great. Each time I had a question they replied promptly. During our stay as well. As mentioned a tropical storm blew thru and they made sure we knew what to do during it and how to stay safe.

If we ever return to the Orlando area we would not hesitate to stay again

Amazing Property
We had 6 adults and 6 kids staying here. The place was amazing! The hosts are even more incredible. They are very quick to communicate and answer any questions. Any issues they resolve immediately. We could not be happier with our vacation at this property. The house was clean and the resort pool was the best. Walking distance across the parking lot. Perfect for the little kids we had with us. The pool attached to the house was awesome and the kids loved it. The staff and property management at Blue Sky Villas also very nice. We will be returning to enjoy this wonderful place again!
