I am assuming this is new to rental property. Beautiful home, but some improvements needed. Many kitchen items needed, living room furniture very uncomfortable, no pool loungers, wine bar door will not close, and A/C in game room runs water into power outlet.

Absolutely beautiful home it felt so welcoming and cozy. A great place to stay at for a family vacation as it was very accommodating for the amount of guests that were staying there. My friends and I had such a wonderful time staying there and hope to revisit again soon!

Loved, loved, loved this property. Tons of room if you have a large family or large group. The pool area had lots of room to hand out and just relax. The host is very responsive with anything you may need.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was aesthetically pleasing and very spacious! The location was perfect. It was very easy for us to get to/from Orlando. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! They were big enough for our group and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Family vacation
We booked this home for our family vacation and it was awesome! This was our first time booking a home and we were not sure what to expect differing from a hotel but everything was smooth and easy going! The house was immaculate and very clean. To start the home we stayed in on our family vacation was perfect. Great location in a wonderful gated community. It was beautiful,clean and well maintained. It felt like our home away from hone. There was plenty of room for our large family to gather as well as nice cozy places to be alone or in smaller groups. The management staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back and stay again.

Magical Stay!

We loved the house. It was completely spotless when we arrived. We had a issue with the hot tub not getting as warm as it should be, BSV sent someone over to fix the problem very quickly. This was our 6th year for our annual golf trip we have rented homes in the past, this was by far the best.

I chose this Airbnb for my first group trip ever with 9 good friends. All I can say is that it was amazing. The place is spacious, feels fancy, had a theatre room and was comfortable. The beds were all comfy (Trust me I laid in them all), the kitchen was nice and most appliances worked correctly. I will be back to Florida for another group trip and I will always keep this place as a favorite. Worth every penny! My Group agreed this place was Litttyyy.

This villa was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and well kept on the inside. I loved that it offered downstairs bedrooms also, great for someone disabled and not able to go upstairs. The location is easily located near stores and shopping centers. It's close to major theme parks attractions. The pool was the right size for everyone to enjoy. The customer service response was quick. I would recommend this villa for anyone with a large group.

Wonderful place to stay for larger families with older children. Me and my family loved how easy it was to communicate with the host. The home came with all the starter necessities to get started after a long drive. The owners provided distancing for close grocery stores for the extra needed items. Overall beautiful home and would definitely recommend to others.

We were very comfortable in the house. We were a party of six adults and 5 children six and under. It was great that the property provided 2 pack and plays, 2 strollers, 2 boosters and a high chair. The kitchen was lacking in kid friendly dishes and utensils. Dishwasher safe plastic dishes would be a great addition. There were kitchen utensils that were broken or missing which made dinner preparations challenging. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a great Holiday with all the family.

There were 4 generations at the house and it’s was great for everyone having bedrooms located down stairs for the older generation was ideal!
There are only sone minor things I would point out there is a tabke outside with metal chairs two of them were broken which should be removed before someone gets hurt. Wi-Fi is not the greatest I just think it is the area that the homes are in not the owners fault. The trash can in the kitchen could be bigger. Aldd see I one side of the sliding glass doors doesn’t lock . Very minor suggestions but no complaints at all.
