Very nice house in a good location. Traffic was a bit congested to and from the parks but that’s not anything to do with the host - just expect that 10 miles will be about 40 minutes. We had a little issue with some bathroom outlets while we were there that the host fixed right away. The pool and hot tub were plenty warm The movie theater and arcade were big hits for our family as well! Very quiet location. Great for families.

We had such a fantastic time at this property! The pool and spa were heated to perfect temperatures and were fantastic to use even in the cooler temps we had. Communication was exceptional with management and any question were answered almost immediately the beds were all very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the game rooms, theater room and themed bedrooms!

My daughter and her friend had the BIGGEST smiles I've ever seen. Any parent knows what that's worth. But outside of the amazing aesthetic of the house (that screams "relaxation"), the outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. Although the temperature outside could have been warmer, the heated pool definitely did not disappoint. The kitchen was well-equipped and super clean. The movie theater was a bonus for the grownups. There were so many activities close by, including the community clubhouses, which we took full advantage of the lazy river and wait staff service by the pool (at no charge/food and drinks did cost). There was also golfing, tennis and water slides! I even had the opportunity to rollerblade on the smooth sidewalk inside/outside the community. Bonus grocery store, gas station and restaurants within a mile or two. The only downside...we had to check out. We will definitely be staying again :-)

We had a great time during our stay. A few things didn’t work but the BSV team was excellent in getting everything fixed right away. We were a family of 10 and everyone enjoyed the house. Our teenagers and whole family loved the game room and pool. The theater room was great for the entire family. The house was very spacious. Great location. Great communication with the BSV team. Our family of 10 thought accommodations were perfect for our trip! Beds were comfortable, great TVs, well stocked kitchen dishes (would have liked some kitchen towels though!)house was clean (a bit dusty under beds) and management company responded quickly to our questions. This home is perfect. Lots of space and just as shown in the pictures. We had 10 adults and 4 children and we all loved this house. This house was 30 mins from the Disney parks, lots of traffic everyday on Rt 4 going to Disney but still worth staying here. We all loved this house and did not want to leave it.

Very good experience, very nice house and good location. Nice theme and play rooms, kids were extremely happy. The BlueskyVilla rental company, the entity that we rented the villa through was wonderful and very helpful, responsive and customer focused. The only suggestions which were already made: 1) fix/replace the broken drawer in the refrigerator and 2) fix/replace the toaster.

Amazing Home!
The house is absolutely gorgeous! All brand new and clean. Blue Sky made the whole process so easy, too. LOVE IT
Everything was perfect, something for everyone, the girls loved the princess room , my adult kids absolutely loved the theater, the best one we’ve seen , they really enjoyed both game rooms ,also the best one we’ve seen, the strollers and high chairs was a nice touch, the whole layout of the house is amazing, and the double washer and dryer. love it ,The 2 TVs outside by the pool. Amazing Home & Host (BSV)
This home was magnificent for our family stay! The upstairs themed rooms and game rooms were perfect for our grandchildren. They were so excited to see all the paintings in the Frozen Room, the Star Wars Room and the rooms with the Avengers. It was perfect that the girls' bedroom and the boys' bedroom both had slides. The adult rooms upstairs and downstairs were great! The spacious kitchen, dining area, and TV area were excellent areas for the whole family. Then to top off everything was the pool and spa area which was a favorite for everyone! The host Blue Sky Villas was great with communication and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They were quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our vacation so much giving credit to the homeowner and the host BSV! I would have given more than 5 stars if it had been available! Thank you for providing this amazing house for a vacation rental. ******

Us and our extended family had a great stay in the home. There were 13 of us so we needed somewhere to eat and somewhere to sit that would seatus all in this house suits as perfectly.
The disadvantage to the home was the fact that we had to travel on the I4 daily, which has got progressively worse as the years have gone on.
The neighbourhood was safe near the golf course the house suit us down to the ground. I will grandchildren absolutely love the frozen room and the rest of the family enjoyed the games rooms and swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We just got back from staying a week and there were no regrets. The house is exactly as its pictured and I wasn't expecting that. I thought the rooms were jazzed up alittle online to make it look good but that wasnt the case, the rooms looked exactly as they did online and the house is beautiful. It may or may not be shown or I didnt notice when booking but by the pool outside there are 2 tvs on the walls which was omg we were able to play music on one and cartoons on the other for the kids while playing in the pool. We will definitely be back.

This air bnb is AMAZING
This air bnb is AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have absolutely no complaints. A lot of air bnbs I have stayed at have been lacking kitchen utensils and dish ware. Not this place ! Its fully stocked! BEAUTIFUL, every room. Amazing game rooms, and theater room. The pool was clean, there were neighbors but it still felt private. The pool was perfectly heated and so was the spa! They didnt even mention the beautiful view of the field and the hotel down the street. Absolutely gorgeous. Super close to Universal and Disney even with Florida traffic I cannot complain about the drive! Clear instructions posted all throughout the house! Which light switches go to wear, how to take out the trash. Very easy to get a hold of someone if we had a question . If I could give them a billion stars I would. Absolutely will be booking again for next years Disney trip !

This home is just as pictured, fun and spacious. We had everything we needed for a fun few days in Florida. The home felt a littler farther from attractions than we anticipated, but that could also be blamed on Orlando traffic. My kids loved the game room and playing video games on the movie screen. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, heated and clean. The homes are close together but the neighborhood is quiet. ALL IN ALL, a great rental! Thanks!

Wonderful Stay!!
Everyone loved the house from the time we entered the door. The place was extremely clean and was a true representation of the photos we viewed prior to our arrival. The staff was very helpful and ensured that we had a great stay. All the relevant information was provided before our arrival and the team at Blue Sky ensured that it was an effortless process. This was particularly helpful because we had booked with several other companies, who at the last minute cancelled out on us. Blue Sky certainly came to the rescue and they definitely delivered. We had a group of 16 persons and had more than enough space for everyone to be very comfortable. The appliances were modern, the game room was well equipped with everything the kids loved and the movie theatre was nice and spacious. When we called for maintenance, although it was the holidays, they came out very quickly on both occasions. We were not ready to leave the day of departure, but like the saying goes all good things must come to an end. I would recommend this home and this company to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, well kept, modern, spacious home for their family vacation. This by far was a memorable holiday. Thanks again BSV Team!! We had an amazing time! We will definitely be back.

This blue sky villa made us feel right at home.
This blue sky villa made us feel right at home. Being a family with a 2 year old there was strollers, high chairs and a crib welcome to use for our 2 year old. Our 6 year old loved the themed rooms and the theater room! Such a beautiful and safe location.

This home was just right for my family. My grandchildren loved the theme bedrooms and the movie theater was an added bonus. It was close enough to Disney that we didn't dread the drive. We did have a problem with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms and with ants but we made a call and someone was sent right over to correct the problem. We're thinking about renting this home again.
