This was much better than we expected for the price. There was plenty of space for our 17 family members. The pool and hot tub are great. I do wish there had been more silverware but I expect most did as we did an used paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. The one thing we really missed was an electric pancake griddle. I would suggest getting one. The resort area is great and the food at the clubhouse was great. We really enjoyed this property and would recommend it to anyone.

This was the best vacation we could have asked for! There was so much space for our much needed family vacation. Everyone could relax in without feeling overcrowded. The private pool and hot tub were a great addition to the home as well as the game/movie room! It was a 5 star stay for sure!

Exceeded Expectations!
We loved our stay! We had everything we needed for our trip at the villa. Location is great - close to Disney and local grocery stores are close by for us to be able to cook at home. Easy check in/check out and the staff was very helpful. We will be recommending Blue Sky for our friends and family!

My family and I was looking for a "Beautiful", "Comfortable", "Clean", "Safe" home in the "Sunshine State" where we could stay to celebrate my son's 5th Birthday near all the attractions. My family and I were absolutely AMAZED on how beautiful and spacious the house was (just as the pictures show). The house is located in the perfect place. It was very comfortable and for a family with different personalities and levels of comfort, this house fit all of them. With making the reservation I knew that the home was located within a resort, but I and my family was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities offered within the resort that once again had something for everyone to enjoy. From day one, I truly appreciated all the communication from Blue Sky, even during the weekend (when I'm sure the office was closed). My family and I enjoyed the beautiful pool, especially with it being available at the home. The only issue that came up was there being ants in the downstairs master bathroom, but I seen that this may be an issue when I read another person's review and also being in beautiful Florida was aware that some insects may be around... so just be prepared, just in case this may be an issue with your stay. But, I wasn't overly bothered by this (as I prepared for this issue just in case). Overall, I was very Happy that we stayed here and would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

The stay was phenomenal.
The stay was phenomenal. The neighbor hood was so peaceful and well kept. It is also very family oriented. My clients thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Blue Sky kept us informed and up to date with everything and even had suggestions of places to visit, which proved very helpful. We will definitely be using this service again. Great house
Lovely house and great community everything looks just like the pictures. Very spacious with room for everybody. Very equipt for little ones with all the strollers and pack n plays. Loved the pool and hot tub at the house as well as the splash pad in the community. Would definitely recommend this house for anybody going to Florida.

House was in very good condition, clean, 6 king or queen beds, plus 2 kids rooms, 6 baths. We had 2 identical houses rented, 6 guys to a house, perfect for a 12 man golf trip. The Blue Sky folks are great to work with, plenty of communication and easy to reach. We would absolutely work with them again.

We booked this home for our kids spring break this year. The house was great had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. When we first arrived we noticed one of the beds was broken. I text the management company and they sent someone right out to fix it. They have great communication and are very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again.

Our board consists of five couples from all over the U.S. (Hawaii to Massachusetts, and North Dakota to Louisiana). The rental is huge with a lot of space for a family. Everyone enjoyed the rental from the little kids to the adults. Be prepared that there won’t be enough paper towels, toilet paper, or towels. You will need to purchase those items and any additional cleaning supplies (wipes, trash bags, etc.). The house is beautiful but the location is very crowded, loud, and we did not feel comfortable using the playground area or pool.

This villa was the perfect place for our family gathering. Very spacious for the amount of people it holds and never felt like we were crammed. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly for us and were responsive to any questions we had. Great customer service all around. The movie room with the games was a family favorite and was a perfect way to wind down after a fun but long day at the parks. 5 stars and will recommend to our family/friends!

Wonderful experience! Lovely large home with plenty of room. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the home. Our family book this home for 7 days and spent 5 of them at amusement parks. The time we did get to enjoy the home were fantastic. Very close to Disney World parks and not too far from Universal. Rooms are large and clean, plentiful bathrooms, pool, spa and playroom. The kitchen and family room are set up great for family time. Love our stay.

Spacious for large families
