This was much better than we expected for the price. There was plenty of space for our 17 family members. The pool and hot tub are great. I do wish there had been more silverware but I expect most did as we did an used paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. The one thing we really missed was an electric pancake griddle. I would suggest getting one. The resort area is great and the food at the clubhouse was great. We really enjoyed this property and would recommend it to anyone.

We didn't want to leave!
Our stay at this villa was honestly one of the best vacation experiences we’ve had. From the second we walked in, it felt welcoming, spotless, and beautifully put together! You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping this home guest-ready. There was more than enough space for everyone in our group to spread out and relax, but it still felt cozy and comfortable at the same time. The pool area quickly became our favorite hangout spot; morning coffee out there was peaceful, and evenings were perfect for unwinding after busy days out. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy to do family meals without feeling cramped. The beds were super comfortable, and everyone kept saying how well they slept (which never happens when we travel!). The location was also a huge plus. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet enough to feel like a real getaway. And the management team was wonderful to work with; friendly, responsive, and clearly wanting guests to have a great stay. We made such great memories here and would come back in a heartbeat. If you’re considering booking this home, do it! You won’t regret it!

Wonderful experience! Lovely large home with plenty of room. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the home. Our family book this home for 7 days and spent 5 of them at amusement parks. The time we did get to enjoy the home were fantastic. Very close to Disney World parks and not too far from Universal. Rooms are large and clean, plentiful bathrooms, pool, spa and playroom. The kitchen and family room are set up great for family time. Love our stay.

This villa was the perfect place for our family gathering. Very spacious for the amount of people it holds and never felt like we were crammed. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly for us and were responsive to any questions we had. Great customer service all around. The movie room with the games was a family favorite and was a perfect way to wind down after a fun but long day at the parks. 5 stars and will recommend to our family/friends!

I live in Daytona and my family came down from NC for a week for vacation! We were in love with the house! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The pool and hottub was definitely a favorite! We requested the pool to be heated last minute and the staff was very quick to respond to on the request and was able to have everything heated that same day!The texting feature to contact the hosts for questions or requests was very convenient. We also enjoyed the theatre room and the double strollers as we had a few kids with us. There was plenty of food and shopping nearby including a walmart. I would definitely stay at this house again! Cant wait til next year!

The rental is huge with a lot of space for a family. Everyone enjoyed the rental from the little kids to the adults. Be prepared that there won’t be enough paper towels, toilet paper, or towels. You will need to purchase those items and any additional cleaning supplies (wipes, trash bags, etc.). The house is beautiful but the location is very crowded, loud, and we did not feel comfortable using the playground area or pool.

Gorgeous home!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured. Our group had plenty of room to spread out, and the kids especially loved the themed bedrooms and theater room. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Great location and a comfortable home overall — we would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations!
We loved our stay! We had everything we needed for our trip at the villa. Location is great - close to Disney and local grocery stores are close by for us to be able to cook at home. My family and I was looking for a "Beautiful", "Comfortable", "Clean", "Safe" home in the "Sunshine State" where we could stay to celebrate my son's 5th Birthday near all the attractions. My family and I were absolutely AMAZED on how beautiful and spacious the house was (just as the pictures show). The house is located in the perfect place. It was very comfortable and for a family with different personalities and levels of comfort, this house fit all of them. With making the reservation I knew that the home was located within a resort, but I and my family was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities offered within the resort that once again had something for everyone to enjoy. From day one, I truly appreciated all the communication from Blue Sky, even during the weekend (when I'm sure the office was closed). My family and I enjoyed the beautiful pool, especially with it being available at the home. The only issue that came up was there being ants in the downstairs master bathroom, but I seen that this may be an issue when I read another person's review and also being in beautiful Florida was aware that some insects may be around... so just be prepared, just in case this may be an issue with your stay. But, I wasn't overly bothered by this (as I prepared for this issue just in case). Overall, I was very Happy that we stayed here and would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

We booked this home for our kids spring break this year. The house was great had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. When we first arrived we noticed one of the beds was broken. I text the management company and they sent someone right out to fix it. They have great communication and are very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again.

Lovely house and great community everything looks just like the pictures. Very spacious with room for everybody. Very equipt for little ones with all the strollers and pack n plays. Loved the pool and hot tub at the house as well as the splash pad in the community. Would definitely recommend this house for anybody going to Florida.

We had such a great stay here in Solara resort! The home was absolutely breath taking! It was squeaky clean and decorated very nicely! We really enjoyed how comfortable we felt here, and how at home we were! Our kids had a great time as well! The resort amenities were spectacular!

The check in process was smooth, the communication from Blue Sky Villas was 5 stars, and we had the vacation of our dreams!

We will definitely be staying with Blue Sky Villas again, as our entire stay was just perfect!

We had a really nice time.
Guest services was extremely responsive to every text and call we made. The location was also great. The only suggestion I'd make is that the property management team proactively maintain the property as there were too many ongoing issues ( which were taken care of asap when they were brought up) but when vacationing, one really shouldn't have to deal with all these rhings

This is our 6th year using this house for a board retreat/planning meeting. The property is well-maintained and its location is convenient to all the necessities (for us it's mostly grocery runs!). The property management company provides timely texts with pertinent information and expressions of willingness to be available for any concerns/questions. Accommodations for up to 7 couples, each with their own bathroom, is a real bonus for us. We would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a place in the Orlando area or with similar needs as ours.

This Villa was rented to celebrate my niece birthday and mom birthday and when i tell you they asked me about 12 times when see are coming back and we just left less than 24hrs ago… lol the home was perfect!!! The pool, kitchen to the numerous sleeping arrangements satisfied everyone!

This house was perfect for our family of 13 people staying all together. Close to the Disney Bubble. The house has everything needed but is difficult to clean because no supplies provided outside of dish soap and two dishwasher tablets. No supplies provided to wipe down counters, table or floors. Highly recommend getting the pool heated.

Awesome Stay
Property accommodated our 8 person golf group perfectly. Everyone had their own room. Plenty of space and lots of tv’s. Theater was great for the final four. Great location, close to everything. Grocery, coffee & golf nearby. Disney a short drive away. Ten houses from the clubhouse with numerous pools, fitness center & restaurant & lounge. Texted management staff and received a response within minutes. Would definitely recommend. A+++

Our board consists of five couples from all over the U.S. (Hawaii to Massachusetts, and North Dakota to Louisiana).
