This home provided plenty of space for our family gathering. There are many areas to hang out and relax which was great. Check in was very easy and the bsv team was very helpful for anything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend and will stay again

This house checked all the boxes for our group who was a gang of 8 golfers!
Definitely would recommend this accommodation!
If I make my way back down to the Orlando region I will certainly see the availability to book again.

I’m so happy I decided to stay at this house!!
I’m so happy I decided to stay at this house!! Checking in was hassle free and house was very clean.. There was a miscommunication about a gate and the host gracefully got us a baby gate for the stairs… Only recommendation is maybe bringing some pots and pans if you plan on cooking big meals… i will most definitely be staying here again on our vacation next year!

By far, one of the best experiences I’ve had; would definitely rent again!
My family and I had an amazing stay and the host was fantastic. Very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. The home and pool was very clean. We loved the spacious, open layout. The theater room was perfect for movie nights. The home is well equipped with upgraded appliances and everything needed to prepare meals. I really loved having a Keurig! By far, one of the best experiences I’ve had; would definitely rent again!

Highly Recommend!
The home was spotless, spacious and had great extra like the theater room and basketball game. We spent a lot of downtime at the resort pool and clubhouse. Overall it was a fun and easy vacation, thank you Blue Sky Villas, we can't wait to come back!

The house was perfect for our large group. Lots of rooms and tons of space. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. Multiple pack n plays, high chairs and strollers were available for our littles. The pool was well used by all, and offered an excellent outdoor space to relax and hang out. We would all come again!

I would like to thank the staff of Blue Sky Villas for their attentiveness, kindness and professionalism. They were always quick to answer any questions via text messages or phone before our arrival, during and after. It made our stay perfect. Regarding the home: it was just as pictured. Pool was perfect. House could use some hooks for hanging towels/clothes in bath/bed rooms. And note that the beds sit low. Location to community center was close - which made it easy to walk to. We ate at the restaurant by community center 3 nights. Friendly staff, good food. Home and community center - all clean and fresh. Beautiful area. There were reminder signs around house that helped. One sign they could use - is to remind guests to sign out of their Netflix & other apps from the TVs before checking out. : ) Thanks!

Overall, the villa was absolutely gorgeous! We loved everything about it. The only small suggestion we had was regarding the shower pressure—it wasn’t the greatest. With such a stunning home and spacious bathrooms, an upgrade to the shower heads would make the experience even more perfect. Other than that, no complaints at all. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again!

The house is very big with lots of space and was fantastic for 2 families. This home is in a nice location walking distance to the clubhouse, larger resort pools etc. Many areas of common space and many bedrooms. The teens all were able to have their own rooms yet hang out in the common spaces. 2 king master suites, one on main level and one on upper level. The kitchen is large and has 2 coffee pots, blender, 4 slice toaster, lots of utensils and silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. One thing it was missing is baking dishes for say brownies cakes etc. I just bought disposable foil ones. The outdoor space is great with lounge chairs and couches. The spa gets really warm and we all enjoyed the pool as well. The air conditioning worked well. The rental Company was fantastic at communication and responding to a couple things that came up. I have rented houses in this resort for four years and this company has been the best one yet! This house would be my second favorite house in this resort so far. All the beds in this house are very low to the ground, if you can’t get up off the floor from about 18” do NOT rent this house. There are no fans for air movement. Ceiling fans in the upstairs would be a nice addition for air movement. We did see a few roaches and notified the property managment, they will addressed this.

The house was wonderful and better than pictures. The house was clean and Blue Sky checked in via text several times during our stay to make sure things were going well. The kids LOVED the theater room. The pool heat was awesome. I would highly recommend this home. Check in both at gate and house was simple.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean and neat. Everything was as described. If you stay over the weekend be prepared for neighbors having late night parties. We would definitely stay here again. It was a little out of the way from the attractions but that meant traffic was also better locally. The only thing we could not find was an ironing board. Maybe we just missed it. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great time - house was great. Only negative was things not included - I would think grill would be provided but you had to rent one and hot tub wasn’t heated unless you paid extra for that. But other than that it was perfect - good location, nice clean house. All good!

Wow! We were just so impressed with this home. It was clean, just like the photos, and the pool was perfect and warm! The pool heat was worth adding, we got plenty of use out of it. The house has plenty to offer, and the resort close by had amazing extras. We were never bored! Thank you Blue Sky, we loved our trip!

We were very pleased staying here. Its a great location if you're going to Disney with your family. We also really enjoyed the resort and the kids had a blast of the FlowRider. We made so many memories and if we book another trip to Orlando we will definitely book this home again!

Great stay for family vacation. Lots to do in the area for everyone. The home was very spacious and we never felt overcrowded with all 14 of us in one house. The management company made us feel comfortable and right at home throughout our stay. 10/10 recommend!

SIMPLY AMAZING
The house was well kept and clean! It was so perfect for our group of 9. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. The theatre room and pool were a hit. We had an issue with the pool light not coming on and the downstairs AC stopped working-called maintenance and they came (quickly) and fixed both. Great stay!

I can’t say enough about this property and the great customer service we received from Blue Sky. The house was very clean and well kept. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. The house was great. The home was clean and we had a wonderful time. Used the pool a lot. Kids were in it from breakfast to bedtime. The upper level did get hot at night, wish there would have been some fans.
