The house was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Heated pool and spa were great and we were able to seat ten of us around the dining table.

We were short of hangers and towels but BSV immediately provided them at our request.


It would have been more convenient if there were hooks on the backs of doors and in the shower cubicles. Also the fixed showerheads should have been movable rather than fixed to accommodate people's different heights.

Clothes airies would be useful to dry laundered garments that are not suitable for tumble drying

Overall we had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

This house was a great find for our 4 generation family vacation. There were bedrooms for everyone and plenty of space. The game/theater room and the pool got a lot of use. The house was clean and well supplied but we did have to wash towels frequently. Not a deal breaker. If you plan to use the bunk beds be aware that there are no guard rails. I would stay here again.

The house looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing some garbage bags and dishwashing detergent. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The traffic getting to the parks wasn’t fun but it was overall a good location. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Beautiful Home
We scheduled our four generation family getaway and stayed at this beautiful home. It was not only perfect size for our group of 16 but it was well kept, and had great space for everyone to enjoy time alone as well as group time (game night, movie night, etc.). The property management was available via text whenever we had questions and were friendly and helpful. WE loved it and highly recommend for any family looking for a safe community.

First let me acknowledge the fact that BSV's has an excellent reputation for hosting an excellent communications team.. Shoutout to Rachel and Alexis , job well done.. keep up the great work. We had an amazing time, the home was very comfortable, beautiful, and clean. The house accommodated all of our guests needs.. the kids and my mom loved the pool and hot tub. This house and resort is perfect for families! We had 5 kids in our group and the pool at the house was very convenient. The pool at the resort was a very short walk from the house which was great! We went to Magic Kingdom and it took us about 20 minutes to get there depending on traffic. Close to a lot of stores and other attractions as well. We definitely look forward to coming back next year!

Lovely villa in good quiet location about half an hour drive from Disney parks. Villa was very clean on arrival, the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The villa owners replied very quickly to any concerns we had. Overall we were very happy with this villa.

Fica perto dos parques da Disney mas nem tando dos da Universal e Orlando. Mas por outro lado fica perto da saída para Tampa. Obrigado Blue Sky, pela hospedagem. ------- The house is very spacious and accommodated our family of 14 people comfortably. The heated pool was a differential to entertain the children. Even on the coldest days the hot tub was hot. It's close to the Disney parks but not as close to Universal and Orlando. But on the other hand, it's close to the exit to Tampa. Excellent vacation rental for 18 of us for one week at Christmas. The theater room was a big hit. We were pleased with the extremely clean facilities and convenient parking across the street. The clubhouse amenities were wonderful as well. There is a restaurant/ cafe, well appointed gym, pool, basketball courts, etc. This is a prime location too Disney and there is plenty of convenient shopping (groceries, Starbucks, Pharmacy) approximately 2 miles away. There were 18 of us there and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Only 2 very minor challenges with the home. The kitchen had everything we needed except for something to bake in. I wanted to make a meatloaf one evening with my kids and did not realize there were no baking tins. 2nd potential issue...There were no extra blankets. If you are someone who runs cold and you have all rooms/ beds filled, then I would request an extra blanket or two for your stay. Great stay, planning to use this location again soon.
