Easily managed and enjoyable.
The location is ideal to the parks, other attractions, shopping and dining. The resort pool, children's water park, playground and all that is included there were well done and enjoyable. The home is what was expected. A nice multi room house with pool and hot tub. Easily managed and enjoyable.

The vacation home was exactly as described and more. My family and I truly enjoyed the home as we felt right at home and everyone was comfortable from the toddlers to the elders. The location and community were also very accommodating for all age ranges. We were very impressed and look forward to staying again at a Blue Sky Villas vacation home.

Great location with the perfect set up
Great location with the perfect set up for a large group! The area is safe and it was a quiet neighborhood with great local options for food, groceries, etc. In the home, the decor is lovely and the living/kitchen/dining room area accommodated our group well for meals and hanging out. The beds were VERY comfortable throughout! The icing on the cake was the private heated pool which was the best way to end our day during our visit. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it!

We had the most amazing stay with Blue sky Villas. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kids LOVED the home themed rooms and the pool. Eventhough there were many of us, we never felt crowded or over one another. As soon as we needed something, the Blue Sky team was there for us and extremely fast at responding. I couldn't recommend this house and this team more. They made our stay magical!!! Thank you again immensely!!! We are looking forward to staying with you again soon.

Although the property itself was as described and beautiful perfectly adequate for our party size, the property management were very responsive to any enquiries that were made. The on-site bar, restaurant and community pool were nearby and convenient.

However we found the lack of towels and pool towels inconvenient having to wash them often. Pool furniture was inadequate for our size party table and 6 chairs which were all broken and dangerous 2 loungers full of mold.

Had numerous nights with Neil ours having parties till early hours of the morning although security were contacted the parties continued

We have stayed in many rental properties prior to this one, and this was the only one we had issues with bugs in the kitchen we did let management know and they had someone come out and spray but it did not alleviate the issue.

The movie room projector was not working when we arrived but management did have fixed in a few days, however everything should be checked prior to a guest arriving to ensure everything is safe and working.

Perfect place for a family gathering. Blue Sky made our vacation seamless. The movie room and the pool/spa were awesome. Definitely recommend the heated pool option! It was a great stay and we will be back again.

It was very relaxing and the house was expansive and comfortable. Few suggestions: add more kitchen items for cooking, update cook ware and indicate in the rental information to use the Solara address for check in. We stayed on Carribean View Terr and gps takes you to back gate which happened to many others and was confusing.

We had such a awesome experience staying here! The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Perfect for our group. Everyone was comfortable, and the space really allowed us to enjoy our time together. The host company was incredible! Very communicative, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed adjustments. That level of hospitality really made a big difference. They do provide basic starter supplies, but I would recommend bringing your own essentials for a larger group or longer stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a great value. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The home was clean and stylish. Loved that all of the bathrooms had little shampoos, conditioners and soap in them! The air conditioner in the movie room wasn't working when we got there and they were quick to respond and had it replaced right away. I loved that they stayed in communication with me through the whole process, as this was my first experience with "self check in". Check in was clearly outlined and easy! I will look for homes managed by this company in the future. We were very happy! Thank you!

Vacation 2022
We haven't traveled in a while and decided to come to Florida for our much needed vacation. We landed on this home and fell in love with it. When we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised that it was exactly like the photos if not better! The private pool and spa were quite relaxing and the resort is a short drive away for more fun activities. We were not ready to leave!

Our stay at this vacation rental was very enjoyable. It was clean and inviting. The heated pool and jacuzzi, and media room are great amenity for all to enjoy.
With that said, it was provided with the bare essentials, but no kitchen towels and one pot holder.

My Family enjoyed this stay so much. The layout of the home is perfect & the space was just what we needed. It was fully stocked with all of our needs. The men enjoyed the Movie Room which they deemed their Man Cave. The Grounds of the Resort are so Beautiful, having lived in Hawaii, we got that Vibe which was a Plus for us all. We even took Family photos by the Lake that turned out Great. I would definitely recommend this home & Resort to anyone.

I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home! After a difficult year, I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday in my home state and this home proved to be the perfect getaway I needed. The house was spacious and well-maintained, providing more than enough room for me and my guests to spread out and relax. We never felt crowded or on top of each other. One of the highlights of the home was the theater/game room, which provided us with a fantastic bonus space to enjoy during our stay. I was also impressed by how clean the house was - everything was spotless and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and celebrate my birthday. The house looked even better than the pictures and we truly enjoyed our time there. The hosts were wonderful, too - they were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.
