Unforgettable Stay!
Our family just returned from an amazing week at this property, and I can’t say enough great things about this property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautifully this home is designed; stylish, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The villa easily accommodated all 24 of us with room to spare and the high-quality furnishings, comfy beds, and thoughtful layout made everyone feel right at home. The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit; morning swims, lazy afternoons by the water, and evening soaks under the stars were daily highlights. The kids (and adults!) loved having such a fun and inviting space to relax after long days exploring the theme parks. Speaking of location, it couldn’t be better; easy access to Disney, Universal, and other Orlando attractions made planning our days a breeze. Communication with the host was fantastic; check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The thoughtful starter essentials provided in the villa were a lovely bonus and made settling in effortless. Overall, this was one of the best group vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, and truly a five-star experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding!
This home was so amazing! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the view of the lake from the pool! The area is great and the resort amenities included in the booking was an awesome bonus! We can't wait to come again next year.

You will not regret staying here! The home looks just like the photos, and everything is clean and in great condition. Any of our questions were quickly answered by Blue Sky, they were awesome. Having that resort nearby was our favorite part of the trip! Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home!
This beautifully designed and professionally furnished villa was perfect for our large group with 9 spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The private pool and hot tub were amazing and provided the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Orlando. The home is just minutes from Disney and all the major attractions, and we also enjoyed full access to the Windsor at Westside resort amenities. Everything was spotless, stylish, and comfortable — we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation base! Highly recommend this lovely villa for any large family or group getaway!

Outstanding home!
Outstanding from start to finish! This home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The moment we walked in, we could tell how well cared-for and thoughtfully appointed it is — stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything about the space made us feel right at home, yet like we were staying somewhere special. The layout was perfect for our family/group. We loved how spacious it felt with plenty of cozy areas to relax together and separate spots to unwind individually. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy quality time. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — it was the perfect space to hang out, sip our morning coffee, and unwind after long days of exploring. It became our favorite spot! Communication with the team was smooth and friendly. They were attentive, quick to respond, and made the entire stay so easy and worry-free. You can tell they genuinely care about guests having a great experience. Overall, this was one of the best vacation stays we’ve ever had. We’re already talking about returning next year! Highly recommend BSV Villa 1868 to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay here! We were just a short drive away from all of Orlando's major attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was so great!
