My stay in Davenport Florida was wonderful! The staff at Blue Sky Villas is amazing. They’re very responsive and addressed every concern I had. The unit was beautiful and pristine. The place was excellent for a short trip to Orlando. It's not the closest to Disney/Universal but the actual resort and private pool are hard to beat. The place is sparkling clean, tidy, and just as described. I look forward to staying here on future trips.

We had an excellent time with Blue Sky. The home was spotless when we arrived and decorated beautifully with disney themes. The check in process was streamlined with multiple follow ups and very detailed and easy to understand instructions, and the staff was very useful and always responded in a timely manner.

Apon leaving, my mother forgot her Coach purse full of jewelry and their team reached out within AN HOUR! I was shocked with how quickly they contacted us. We were already well outside of the city, so the staff assured us that they would mail it out and it arrived the next day without a thing touched.

I highly recommend this company. I was extremely impressed with how clean the property was, and how responsible and caring the staff was. If you are on the fence, just do it. You wont be disappointed.

Vacation of our dreams!
This home made our vacation the best vacation ever. It had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and well decorated. The kids really loved their themed rooms. We will return here when we plan to come back to Orlando

We enjoyed our stay with Blue Sky Villas. The condo was clean. We knew we would be limited on toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc so we planned accordingly. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. Drive to Disney was anywhere between 25-30 minutes. I thought the drive was shorter, but we ended up not driving back and forth from the parks each day so it was fine. The batteries to the front door depleted on our second to last day there. Fortunately, we bought batteries the day before for one of our kiddo’s toys, and we had just enough left over for the door lock (it takes 4 AA batteries in case you run into this issue). We didn’t contact Blue Sky Villas as we were trying to leave for one of the parks, and we had a quick solution (as opposed to waiting for someone to arrive to replace the batteries). When you have two babies under two, you don’t sit and wait as the natives get restless! Overall, We were happy with our stay and would stay again.

This was PERFECT!
We arrived for a 3.5 week stay with 10 in our family. This was PERFECT! Plenty of room to spread out. Having our own pool was wonderful for the littles while the teens and adults enjoyed the water park. Accessible for my son in a wheelchair. Staff were very responsive with any questions or assistance with needs. We are excited to return on our next trip south!

We loved our stay!
We loved our stay! It was a perfect layout for our family and friends who were visiting as well, the addition of the loft space was very helpful to give kids and adults spaces to hang out. The pool in the back was big enough to enjoy a dip, while the amenities area with the large pool, lazy river, and slides were a big hit with our group. Everything in the home and the general subdivision and clubhouse were well run, clean, modern, and well run. I would rent in this area and from Blue Sky again

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Right from check in to departure everything was perfect. Very clean property and felt right at home. We will be coming back! Will recommend to our families and friends. Especially our softball families. As we come down each year for the spring games.

We had a great trip and I wish I could fit more in this review. Communication was top notch. Everything was just as listed and pictured. We cooked a little and had enough kitchen supplies for our family of 6. Everything was very clean and comfy. The location is amazing. So close to the main pool so you don't have to drive and the back yard backs up to a wall, so you have walls all around. Nobody is seeing in your pool area. I was worried it would't get much sun but it did! We got pool heat and it was great. The pool is small. Deepest is 4ft which we loved for our kids. They ended up loving this pool more than the main pool. Pool gate is also super sturdy and I felt safe with it having a small child. The resort area is nice and kids loved the waterslides. If you go during spring break you do have to get there early. The walls had a few scuffs (normal wear and tear) and carpet needs replaced but it's not the end of the world. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

This Blue Sky Villa was everything we hoped for. Any concern we had before arriving was quickly addressed by management. The resort itself was a bonus with water features, etc. 20 minutes to theme parks, groceries right down the street, and security was top-notch. Thank you - we hope to return!

Dream Vacation Spot!

We will seek out BSV rentals in the future. Best property management company we’ve ever encountered. Excellent communication (including via text) and timely follow up.

Rental unit was very nice but needs some modifications. Carpeting is worn and needs to be replaced, preferably with tile/hardwood so it’s easier to know it’s clean/keep it clean. All of the fabric furniture was worn and/or stained and needs to be replaced with vinyl/leather furniture for the same reasons. As long as there is carpeting, provide a proper vacuum as opposed to only an electric broom which only works well on hard surfaces. Only two dish towels provided, which is not nearly enough, and no dish rags (only a sponge). Bath towels need to be larger/more absorbent. Entry rugs need to be replaced. A few of the bathrooms had no hand towel rack. Bedroom lights need to be replaced with ceiling fan/lights. Half bath on patio needs small trash can, patio chairs need to be replaced, and hole is patio screen needs to be repaired. All of that said, the unit was laid out very nicely, kitchen was very well equipped, and the unit was very clean when we arrived. Short 2 block walk to resort amenities and unit is south facing/backs up to a wall, so lots of sun and lots of privacy compared to most WIR units.

We loved our 8 nights at this property. Everything was exactly as described and as pictured. Upon arrival we noticed immediately how clean everything was and that the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds we used were very comfortable and the kids loved the themed rooms. The backyard pool was super fun for our kiddos and we especially appreciated the poolside washroom!
The only negative we can say was that the Windsor Island staff was pretty rude and unhelpful, which is absolutely no fault of the owner or property manager. We found the property pool very nice and the grounds were well kept. We felt very safe. Although we didn’t need security at any point, we felt that the gate was fairly secure and the property was patrolled regularly.

We had an incident where we locked ourselves out just before check out and the property manager was super responsive with zero delay. We needed a late check out due to a family emergency which was accommodated and both the property manager and owner were very compassionate and understanding.

Perfect for families with little ones!

Amazing Family Vacation
We had a fantastic time staying here! Check-in was super simple, and my son absolutely loved the Harry Potter bedroom. The house was perfect and just as described/pictured! It was spacious and offered all of the amenities needed. We rented at the last minute and customer service was great at answering questions and finalizing our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to families. The kids especially loved the private pool, as well as the amenities located in the clubhouse (pool, water slide, lazy river, mini golf, basketball, volley ball, game room). The property was clean and well maintained. If you are traveling in the winter, pool heat is a must. The only issue is that it seemed that the pool was not as warm by the end of the week as it was in the beginning of the week, but not a deal breaker.

We stayed for 3 weeks which is quite a stay. The whole time Alexis (I believe was her name) helped us set everything up we wanted from heating the pool, extra days, trash pick ups, general questions anything and everything. She was very friendly and kind and made the customer experience a 10/10. The cleaning crew was very communicative. She left our house mid week sparkling clean and feeling brand new! The resort I would say is decent. The bar has great drinks and food. I do with the refillable cups were not mandatory for discounts but I understand. My kids LOVED getting frozen refills when they wanted. The mini golf and pool area are a lot of fun and a great escape when you have spent a lot of time at theme parks. If I were to change anything at all it would be the things the house comes with. If you are cooking don’t forget your spices ;) other than that our stay was pretty close to perfect! The beds are very comfortable and the whole house is just as described.

Awesome place! Beautiful! Very relaxing and lived up to the expectations. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. It was easy to get into and find. The resort was beautiful. The only thing that was hard if you wanted to sit on the patio 2 of the chairs you couldn’t get into really because the furniture was to big but overall great stay! Air conditioning worked really well. I did get a warning text about the trash that was left in the bin from previous renters and was not me so I was worried about getting in trouble, thankfully never heard nothing more. The trash is not taken at 7 am and sometimes was not taken everyday. Would rent again in the future and my children enjoyed it!
