Wonderful stay!! The house is exactly as in the photos. Clean, equipped and comfortable! We were in a large group of 17 people and everyone's needs were taken care of. The host provided every assistance, responding quickly and helping with all questions. I would definitely recommend it to other guests, we loved the house!

Our family booked this villa for our annual vacation to Disney and loved it. Everything was perfect and clean. We had a great time and would stay again

- Courtney J. , Posted: 08/30/2023

House was great. Very spacious, just like photos. Plenty of extra towels/pillows. Host was messaging me every day to make sure things were going smoothly. Definitely will be saving this stay for another trip in the future. The only negative was the trash. The bins are very small for a big family staying there. A time wasn’t stated when trash is picked up so we could have everything ready for the valet pick up.

What an amazing holidays we had at 2016 Fleming Mist! The house is huge, spotless clean, well mantained, has everything you need and more. Friendly neighbourhood with lots to do in their clubhouse. We have zero complaints! The service provided by Blue Sky was A+++++ If I go back to Orlando, I would with no doubt stay with them again. They are very professional, responsive and do thrive to provide the best customer service. Thank you Blue Sky for making our stay unforgettable and so smooth! 100% recommended!

I recomend Blue Sky villas , great location ,great amenities, the only things I wasn't happy was 1-i had to go out and buy cleaning supplies so we could wash the floors downstairs, 2-the villa doesn't have enough kitchen utensils and 3- i left 2 important items in the kitchen and I'm trying still today to contact someone so they can be shipped to me ,but overall great communication before renting and great villa

We were very pleased with the house, cleanliness, rooms, and bathrooms. Kitchen and open foor plan was great for out group. Trash bags left were not big enough for trash can in kitchen. Dish soap was not strong enough. Everything else was wonderful.

Cozy home!
a very cozy place, and very clean, just as a recommendation to have more games for the little ones of the house and floats in the pools so that people who do not use the spa have other ways to have fun

The home was beautiful each bedroom pretty much has its own bathroom which is a bonus when you’re staying with multiple families. I paid for the pool and spa to be heated it was 100% not heated I realized this on the second day when I went in and couldn’t get it fixed until the 3rd day. I’m almost certain they forgot to turn it on after they came by there was definitely a difference in temperature. Overall house was clean aside from a few nicks on the walls and one of the bunk beds has a tear in the cloth which was not visually appealing when trying to sleep. Grocery stores are not walking distance so if you don’t want to spend slot in Ubers rent a car that was our Mistake! The community pool was also a 13 minute walk from our villa, not terrible but also not like super close. Also last thing is there’s no high chairs for kids/babies it was on a rental basis but I think having just 1 should have came with the Villa ikea literally has them for $20 a high chair should not come only when rented. All little things I would definitely stay again but maybe a different villa something closer to the community pool

Wow! This amazing home exceeded our expectations. We were so excited to plan this trip and it was worth every penny! The home is so beautiful, modern, and provided us with so many things to do. The themed rooms were perfect for the kids and everyone enjoyed relaxing in the private pool and spa area. We had an outstanding time and we will book this home for our future trips! 10/10 recommend!

My whole family was impressed with the house, and if we ever do this again we’d definitely book this location.
I booked this for my whole family - 16 people including my parents, siblings, and each of our families. We had 8 adults and 8 children. It was spacious and very clean and everyone felt like they had their own space if they needed some quiet. We were close enough to everything - parks, Disney Springs, etc - and the property manager was just an easy text away. My whole family was impressed with the house, and if we ever do this again we’d definitely book this location.

- Kristen M from NY, Posted: 03/06/2024

Book this home! Everything about this home was perfect. Our girls loved the Ariel room and it was amazing that there were two separate beds for both of them to comfortably sleep. We would happily book here again

- Courtney J. , Posted: 09/28/2022

This place was great! The kids loved the themed rooms & there were plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was spacious & well equipped with cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, etc. They even had toddler-sized plates, cups, bowls, & utensils which was a HUGE win! The only down-side to this house (which is why I would give it 4.5 stars) is the fact that only 3 cars fit on the property & any other vehicle you have to drive about 2 minutes away to park in the over-flow parking area because the community does not allow cars to park on the street. It wasn’t terrible, just a little inconvenient when you’re loading up the cars to take the kids to the parks. Speaking of the parks, Disney Animal & Magic Kingdom were only about 20 minutes away (+10 minutes with traffic). Overall we had an amazing time & this house was absolutely huge, beautiful & very clean & we would definitely stay here again. Especially with such a professional & responsive host!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blue Sky Villas, a stunning 7-bedroom house with a pool and spa, and it truly exceeded all expectations! This spacious property was the perfect accommodation for our group of seven, offering ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were generously sized, and the common areas were beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

One of the standout features of this villa was its exceptional cleanliness. The property was spotless upon our arrival, with every room meticulously maintained. It was clear that the host takes great pride in keeping the villa in pristine condition.

The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a luxurious pool and spa that provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of golfing. The resort-style amenities at Solara were another major perk – the clubhouse, fitness center, and other facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall experience.

Communication with the host was fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, as well as helpful recommendations for nearby attractions.

Overall, Blue Sky Villas offered an unforgettable vacation experience. The combination of spaciousness, cleanliness, and exceptional service made it the ideal choice for our group. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Solara resort area!

Loved the area it was located in felt very safe
Loved the area it was located in felt very safe. The house was extremely spacious. The pool was very clean and loved that it had a gate. The pool water temperature at night for the summer is perfectly fine so no need for the heater system. Loved that the entire house came with great lighting. Mattresses were comfortable. Water pressure was good in all bathrooms. Kid friendly spaces. Plenty of towels available. Loved that there was a washer/dryer. Came equipped with the necessities, only thing I would add would be to leave a backup roll of toilet paper for the restrooms, some stand fans for the rooms that don’t have ceiling fans, and if they could add a blender to the kitchen appliances. For reference to my over-packer travelers only 2 rooms are in the 1st floor so be mindful if you are traveling with heavy luggage. They do also have pots, pans, and plastic/ceramic plates, cups, & utensils. The items you might want to buy/bring was extra trash bags, toilet paper, wipes, and dish soap .

Overall a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend blue sky to others travelling to the area. And I would seek out blue sky for my next vacation based on the wonderful interaction I had throughout the stay and the days leading up to the stay. The prompt response to questions was always appreciated & I really felt taken care of. Wifi worked well throughout the stay even with more than 10 guests utilizing it. The space was very clean and well maintained. Pool and spa were amazing, perfect for both the kids and adults. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Appliances were perfectly functional and the washer and dryer were amazing to have in the home to use at our convenience

House was perfect for what we needed for this trip. We had 5 days and 3 were spent at the parks so house was great to crash in at the end of the day and quick swim/hottub. The other 2 days were low key and more time to hang at the house and house pool.

- Peg P from MN, Posted: 04/09/2026

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. Beautiful home in a great location. This only negative is the parking. You can fit 2 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. If you have more vehicles, then the guest parking is pretty far away and you can be towed for parking on the street. Othere than that, no complaints. The host was for informative and attentive.

Me and family had a great week! Working with Blue Sky Villas was seamless. We had a concern about a shower door and they were quick to address it. The heated pool/hot tub was wonderful and we were very happy because in previous years (working with other companies) there was always issues getting the pool heat working even though we paid. Highly recommend!

House was clean, beds comfortable, pool was enjoyable, more than enough items in the kitchen to be able to cook, and the property management company was amazing and responded immediately. I own a property management company in Jacksonville, fl so I am very familiar with this industry. Only improvement this property needs is a better gate system for the side that does not have the actual guard. Other than that we loved our stay and will definitely be back!!
