Wonderful stay!!
Wonderful stay!! The house is exactly as in the photos. Clean, equipped and comfortable! We were in a large group of 17 people and everyone's needs were taken care of. The host provided every assistance, responding quickly and helping with all questions. I would definitely recommend it to other guests, we loved the house!

House was great. Very spacious, just like photos. Plenty of extra towels/pillows. Host was messaging me every day to make sure things were going smoothly. Definitely will be saving this stay for another trip in the future. The only negative was the trash. The bins are very small for a big family staying there. A time wasn’t stated when trash is picked up so we could have everything ready for the valet pick up.

What an amazing holidays we had at 2016 Fleming Mist! The house is huge, spotless clean, well mantained, has everything you need and more. Friendly neighbourhood with lots to do in their clubhouse. We have zero complaints! The service provided by Blue Sky was A+++++ If I go back to Orlando, I would with no doubt stay with them again. Perfect, spacious home!
We stayed here for a family get together, and the house fit all of our needs. Big, well decorated rooms, comfy beds, amazing extras. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the host stayed in contact all throughout the stay. We are already thinking about our next visit!

Wow! This amazing home exceeded our expectations. We were so excited to plan this trip and it was worth every penny! The home is so beautiful, modern, and provided us with so many things to do. My whole family was impressed with the house, and if we ever do this again we’d definitely book this location.
I booked this for my whole family - 16 people including my parents, siblings, and each of our families. We had 8 adults and 8 children. It was spacious and very clean and everyone felt like they had their own space if they needed some quiet. We were close enough to everything - parks, Disney Springs, etc - and the property manager was just an easy text away. My whole family was impressed with the house, and if we ever do this again we’d definitely book this location.

This place was great! The kids loved the themed rooms & there were plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was spacious & well equipped with cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, etc. They even had toddler-sized plates, cups, bowls, & utensils which was a HUGE win! The only down-side to this house (which is why I would give it 4.5 stars) is the fact that only 3 cars fit on the property & any other vehicle you have to drive about 2 minutes away to park in the over-flow parking area because the community does not allow cars to park on the street. It wasn’t terrible, just a little inconvenient when you’re loading up the cars to take the kids to the parks. Speaking of the parks, Disney Animal & Magic Kingdom were only about 20 minutes away (+10 minutes with traffic). Overall we had an amazing time & this house was absolutely huge, beautiful & very clean & we would definitely stay here again. Especially with such a professional & responsive host!

I recomend Blue Sky villas , great location ,great amenities, the only things I wasn't happy was 1-i had to go out and buy cleaning supplies so we could wash the floors downstairs, 2-the villa doesn't have enough kitchen utensils and 3- i left 2 important items in the kitchen and I'm trying still today to contact someone so they can be shipped to me ,but overall great communication before renting and great villa

Loved the area it was located in felt very safe. The house was extremely spacious. The pool was very clean and loved that it had a gate. The pool water temperature at night for the summer is perfectly fine so no need for the heater system. Loved that the entire house came with great lighting. Mattresses were comfortable. Water pressure was good in all bathrooms. Kid friendly spaces. Plenty of towels available. Loved that there was a washer/dryer. Came equipped with the necessities, only thing I would add would be to leave a backup roll of toilet paper for the restrooms, some stand fans for the rooms that don’t have ceiling fans, and if they could add a blender to the kitchen appliances. For reference to my over-packer travelers only 2 rooms are in the 1st floor so be mindful if you are traveling with heavy luggage. They do also have pots, pans, and plastic/ceramic plates, cups, & utensils. The items you might want to buy/bring was extra trash bags, toilet paper, wipes,and dish soap .

The home was beautiful each bedroom pretty much has its own bathroom which is a bonus when you’re staying with multiple families. I paid for the pool and spa to be heated it was 100% not heated I realized this on the second day when I went in and couldn’t get it fixed until the 3rd day. I’m almost certain they forgot to turn it on after they came by there was definitely a difference in temperature. Overall house was clean aside from a few nicks on the walls and one of the bunk beds has a tear in the cloth which was not visually appealing when trying to sleep. Grocery stores are not walking distance so if you don’t want to spend slot in Ubers rent a car that was our Mistake! The community pool was also a 13 minute walk from our villa, not terrible but also not like super close. Also last thing is there’s no high chairs for kids/babies it was on a rental basis but I think having just 1 should have came with the Villa ikea literally has them for $20 a high chair should not come only when rented. All little things I would definitely stay again but maybe a different villa something closer to the community pool

Overall a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend blue sky to others travelling to the area. And I would seek out blue sky for my next vacation based on the wonderful interaction I had throughout the stay and the days leading up to the stay. The prompt response to questions was always appreciated & I really felt taken care of. Wifi worked well throughout the stay even with more than 10 guests utilizing it. The space was very clean and well maintained. Pool and spa were amazing, perfect for both the kids and adults. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Appliances were perfectly functional and the washer and dryer were amazing to have in the home to use at our convenience

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. Beautiful home in a great location. This only negative is the parking. You can fit 2 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. If you have more vehicles, then the guest parking is pretty far away and you can be towed for parking on the street. Othere than that, no complaints. The host was for informative and attentive.

Highly recommend!
Me and family had a great week! Working with Blue Sky Villas was seamless. We had a concern about a shower door and they were quick to address it. The heated pool/hot tub was wonderful and we were very happy because in previous years (working with other companies) there was always issues getting the pool heat working even though we paid. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the house, cleanliness, rooms, and bathrooms. Kitchen and open foor plan was great for out group. Trash bags left were not big enough for trash can in kitchen. Dish soap was not strong enough. Everything else was wonderful.
