You won't regret going bluesky
Let me tell you that Quality never costs as much as it saves. Please check out property management before you rent on vrbo. If they are not responsive or don't act respectful let that be a red flag. This company provides beautiful rentals AND great service. Their communication is clear and easy to understand. They are kind people. Good people. And that can be hard to find in this area. So don't get pushed around by a bad company and sold a lie! Go with a trustworthy company. It will always save you more than it costs.

Spacious home perfect for larger groups. Liked the fact that each room has its own bathroom so it easier to get ready for the day’s adventures. Larger sized pool with adequate heating even on those cooler days. The house was cleaner than most places but could use a bit more time, attention, and elbow grease on high traffic areas as well as the nooks and crannies since wear, tear, and greasy hand prints are readily apparent. Experienced an issue with the dryer but it was repaired the next day. Good location - grocery stores nearby and the Disney parks @20-30 minute commute. Overall, our group of 8 adults enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed in multiple properties in this area that are similar to this, but this was our favorite by far!
This house was perfect for multiple families and lots of kids. Having a bathroom in every bedroom and one by the pool is so nice. We felt spread out, had extra living space we didn’t even need, and the kids were super entertained. Community pool area was awesome. Felt safe, clean, and high-quality. Furniture and linens were really nice. Plenty of nice dishes, cookware, towels. We’ve stayed in multiple properties in this area that are similar to this, but this was our favorite by far!

This property was exactly as described on the listing (props to the management team) and very clean and inviting; it felt homely. The community was very safe and quiet. The pool was heated during our stay which was a plus. We did not get a chance to visit the clubhouse and enjoy the amenities but it looks very inviting and a must do on our next trip. Overall we totally enjoyed our time here and would go back for future stays. I would totally recommend this vacation rental

You will not regret booking this home! It is beautifully decorated, clean and well kept and in a brand new resort. Our kids spent hours playing at the resort and we certainly didn't mind floating in the lazy river and catching some sun while they played nearby. The house was comfy, plenty of kitchen space for family meals. We had such a great stay, thank you Blue Sky Villas!

Having had our previous booking cancelled by the host a week before we were due to fly to Florida, I was very nervous about finding somewhere else to stay at such short notice. The house was so beautiful. Some staining on the carpets which isn’t a huge deal but still a tad gross. The pool was amazing, the resort was so fun. And being in a gated community seemed very safe.

Blue Sky Villas was by far one of the best vacation rental companies I’ve ever used. The property was very well maintained, the management group was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. The amenities were top notch an very easy to access. The house was very clean and provided all the utilities you need to prepare dinner. Shopping centers and amusement parks were all in very close proximity of the villas. All in all this was a real 5 star experience

Fun vacation!

This airbnb was amazing to stay at because not only was it decently priced for the house you got but you also had access to the resort while you were there. The only thing I wish I would have known sooner is that one of the light switches in the kitchen, turned on pool lights to make the pool itself change color. Me and my family definitely plan to stay again in the future.

The pictures live up to the experience. Almost everything was in great condition and had everything to take care of you while you are away. Small things that could have been better (a tidier cleaning of the surrounding pool area, there were some plastic bags stuck on bushes, and used bandaid left over from previous guests. It's hard to see until you get closer to the area. The master downstairs suite had 2 outlets that would not work. Overall everything was great. The resort is beautiful and well taken care of. The location is close to all the attractions of Orlando. I recommend this place as a great home away from home.

Our family of 5 adults had a very enjoyable time at BSV2331. We found the villa to be exactly as shown in the pictures. More importantly, it was extremely clean and everything was in good working order. We had no issues at all during our stay. Blue Sky Villas reached out to us frequently to check on us, but we had no problems to report. We enjoyed the opportunity to spread out, along with having a bath for each bedroom. The heated pool, upstairs sitting room, and game room were all appreciated and used frequently. We did not have time to enjoy the resort amenities as we spent most of our time at theme parks - a 30 minute drive to Disney and about 60 minutes to Universal. Traffic was heavy but manageable. Publix grocery store is very close, along with numerous restaurants for meals. Overall we had a great time and expect to be back in the future. Thanks to Blue Sky for ensuring everything went well.

We stayed for three weeks in a five bed, five bathroom villa. The villa was just perfect, modern, clean and no weird owners dictating rules and regulations! Peaceful Retreat
We had a fantastic stay at this entire home in Davenport in early June 2025. From the moment of arrival, the host made me feel genuinely welcomed—responsive, friendly, and always available to help. The house had a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtful decor and a spotless, well-maintained interior. It felt like a peaceful retreat rather than just a temporary rental. The living spaces were comfortable and spacious, and I especially appreciated the homey touches that made it feel special. Communication with the host was seamless; they answered questions quickly. All in all, this Davenport home was more than just a place to stay—it was a welcoming home-away-from-home. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again on our next trip!

Comfortable and lots of fun!
We had an unusual experience of this home because I (Mom) got sick! So i used the amazing first floor master as my recuperation suite and my husband and kids enjoyed the rest of the house, with lots of family time on the back patio. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, which was bigger than I’d expected and very warm with the paid pool heating. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Excellent resort, beautiful home, excellent customer service. Regarding the house, it would be nice to have towel bars in all bathrooms, and hot water in kitchen. also, the checkout procedure is a little confusing. The original document did not mention I had to inform anyone when we were leaving nor any instructions to do so, the email day before we left mentioned some notification so early exits could send in cleaning crew earlier. Very confusing. I would have gladly informed someone had the instructions been clear. Beautiful resort, we felt very safe. thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for kids

Blue Sky Villa is the most professional host we had the opportunity to exchange with and rent from on AirBnb. The host was very communicative, responsive and the property was squeaky clean. Windsor Island is a great resort community where you can access the community pool, lazy river, basketball, mini put and gym in addition to the private pool that comes with the house. This rental is ideal for families that want to vacation close to Disney

The rental property was just as described. I loved the layout and the pool was great. Only downfall is that it truly just has the basics of things... no extra amenities in the kitchen and throughout the house. Even adding a rug by the patio door would be helpful because when kids come in from the pool to use the bathroom that area gets awfully wet and slippery. Blue management was very friendly and helpful!
