We had a great stay. House was beautiful and well appointed. It had all the necessary kitchen and appliances and then some, perfect for a group on guys on a golf trip. Pool and hot tub were excellent, along with the well appointed patio. This was one of the best homes we have stayed in and we come down to the Orlando area every year for our annual golf trip. Overall a great stay in a beautiful home.

Our family had an amazing vacation and this rental house was one of the main reasons. With 9 people, the size was more than enough especially having 6 bathrooms. We all loved playing pool and foosball after hanging out at the resort pool. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals- it felt like home (especially the crepe skillet!) The backyard pool and spa was nice and warm making it useable in the early morning which was fun for the kids. This is our second time to Windsor Island Resort and renting with Blue Sky Villas. The resort is very fun and this house is a five minute walk to basketball, volleyball and the big pool area. Blue Sky is fantastic, friendly and helpful - their properties have been great! We also love the area in Davenport. We don’t do Disney even though it’s close by but instead visit the Seaworld parks that are much more affordable and less busy. We also enjoy Sunset Walk at Margaritaville just 15 minutes away. Disney Springs is close too but much more hectic. This home is absolutely our favorite and the service and location cannot be beat!

House was great. We were there with a large group. Its important to note that only 2 bedrooms have (2) twin beds and another one has a bunk bed with a pull out under the bottom bunk. The other beds are all queen or king.

Beautiful home and plenty of room to stretch out.Property was as described and had everything you needed for a home away from home. Home had more than enough seating and the lanai and pool area were a hit! Management company was awesome. They were very professional and pleasant. Will definitely book this home and use the management company again.

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay at this spectacular house. Everything was spotless and perfectly prepared to host our family of 19, and everyone was extremely comfortable! The house features an amazing pool, a jacuzzi that we thoroughly enjoyed, and an upstairs game room where the kids had a blast. The resort itself is wonderful, and we were so grateful for the opportunity to spend quality time together as a family. A big thank you to Blue Sky for the outstanding management of our stay. We will definitely be back! If this house is available for Christmas or New Year, count us in!

Great place, the house is beautiful! Easy check in and check out. Pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with the high chair and pack and play for my little one with out even asking ! Total life saver. Rooms were big and comfortable and the family enjoyed the play tables in the loft, deft and game changer. The house a baby gate at the log too! So we were able to hang out play TV and not worry about the stairs. Definitely a perfect fit for my family.

Only dislike was the way the Resort could improve on is at the entrance. On Several days it took us half an hour wait on the side of road to get into the rental.

Everything about the house was so thought out. Kid friendly, gorgeous decor. I will definitely stay again 1000/10!! Must stay! on top of that they get back to all concerns or questions immediately making the stay so easy and smooth!

We had 5 families (10 adults and 7 children), house provided everyone with their own privacy. All enjoys Foosball, pool table and air hockey. Nice outdoor pool with hot tub. Would stay there again if revisiting the area.

Fantastic home that was exactly what my friends and I wanted, a true Oasis in Orlando for working from home, reading, enjoying the pool and more. The location itself is a bit out of the way, but if you're looking for a large clean rental with tons of entertainment space, with proximity to a lot of central Florida you can't go wrong here. The hosts are very responsive and understanding, and honestly the pictures don't do this place justice. We enjoyed the screened in pool very much as well as a hot tub that actually gets hot! Just be aware of the location and the proximity to neighbors, who are also probably visiting as well, and if this fits what you're looking for in a rental then I can not recommend it enough.

This property and Blue Sky Villas earned 20 stars! The property is absolutely gorgeous. It’s spacious, well stocked with so many user friendly upgrades. I highly recommend this property! It’s a huge bonus to have access to all the Windsor Resort amenities too. Blue Sky Villas is spectacular to work with! They respond so quickly to any questions and are friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the spa/hot tub not heating above 93 degrees at the beginning of our stay and Blue Sky had someone out to look at it right away and was fixed/adjusted so it was 104 degrees and delightful! I truly cannot say enough positive about this property and Blue Sky Villas! Highly recommend!

To make it easier, here is what you wrote: First time at this location, the House was exactly as the Pictures shown were in the air bnb ad, Very responsive team. Place was extremely clean, with great appliances as well as dishware, cookware. The refrigerator could have been larger since this is a 9 bedroom house, but we made due. Game room was nice and large, Only exception was that the air hockey table was not working, but I did not know this until I left, my grandkids never said anything. All in all, I felt the place was absolutely great! The staff was very responsive, someone stopped by to check to make sure all was good. The clubhouse amenities were also great. I would recommend this location again. Actually I may re-book again for next March.

My family and I have traveled many different places and stayed at several rental homes including Florida. However this house was definitely a five star rating it was conveniently located near shopping centers and all amusement parks. This house was amazingly designed for any age group absolutely gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this rental home and property.

Really enjoyed staying here. Below are the pros and cons for this property and this is strictly my opinion.

Pros
-Very clean and nice.
-Ninja brand appliances
-The patio with a pool was very comfy.
-Good size bedrooms
-Located close to a lot of places
-Lots of towels and washcloths provided
-Keypad was a great idea
-Very spacious home
-Kid friendly! Kept them entertained!
-A lot of thought and attention to detail was put into this home for the guests.

Cons
-Walked into the home and I immediately found myself killing knats but it is Florida.
-Community had a guard and all adults had to show their id and I had to get an entry pass. We had to wait in this line for around 30 minutes.
-All bathrooms are allowed one roll of toilet paper and it was the smallest roll I have ever seen. We had to buy more for our group of 12 people.
-2 dishwasher pods were provided for our stay. We had to buy more.
-2 trash bags were provided then we had to buy more of those.
-8am you see a man walk through the patio. Scared me! It was the pool guy. I recommend waiting until guests have left.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful home. This home would not be ideal for those flying in but we drove and were able to put all the extras we had to purchase seperately in our vehicles.

This year our family vacation was that much more special because of this house.! It was amazing.! Everything looks exactly like the photos.! The house is spacious the beds are comfortable as ever.! Upstairs was amazing as well. The game tables and the seating area added a nice touch to it. The kids enjoyed every minute of everything. We will definitely be booking again.!
