We were very satisfied, very happy with the property. The location was very convenient and the property is very safe out home was new and very clean and well stocked, very spacious the amenities was supper in the home and the resort itself was has a island feel as you enter the poolside area. The host Rachel was very professional and kind.
Please come by and visit! You will not be disappointed. My granddaughter called me on last week and insisted we go back and visit on Friday ��she’s 5.

Fantastic villa

We stayed at this property in June 2022 and it was amazing!! There were 14 of us and we had such a great time! They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! So many comforts of home in the kitchen (air fryer, instapot, blender etc) the house has so much to offer in terms of entertainment, from the pool, to the garage that is a rec room with air hockey, ping pong, darts, and an arcade game! We had many competitions to get high score on those games! The upstairs is beautiful with the themed bedrooms and a gaming room! There is also pool table, shuffle board, a poker table! There was never any opportunity to be bored! The community it’s in is great and the resort pool and lazy river were loved by all ages! Can not say enough good things, we will book again and be back!

Lovely vacation

The kitchen was the best-appointed kitchen I've stayed in
The floor plan of the home was perfect for multi-generational families with the bedrooms placed in each of the home's corners for maximum privacy. The kitchen was the best-appointed kitchen I've stayed in as far as quantity of cooking appliances, pots/pans, dishware, flatware, etc. The home also had numerous entertainment options on both floors and was within walking distance to the community pool. Definitely plan to pick up extra laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels and body soap as the provided starter set will only last a couple days.

Beautiful experience

wonderful vacation 2022
We loved our stay! From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy going, which was just what we needed! Everything went as planned and the services and amenities provided were exceptional. We are already looking to book this home again!

3 large families stayed comfortably in this home. We were pleased to find out a couple things that weren’t well advertised. 1) The Marvel bunk is a twin over full with a trundle. This helped us better with sleeping arrangements. 2) Mini-golf and the arcade room at the clubhouse are free! In fact, you can borrow basketballs, volleyballs, bags for corn hole, putters & golf balls by trading your ID at the front desk. Super easy.
3) The main pool at the clubhouse is heated. The lazy river/slides area is not.
As for the house, it was very clean. There were a few minor maintenance issues upon arrival that were taken care of promptly by staff. These were things like a toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, a chair at the poker table needed a screw tightened... nothing major. We stayed over Thanksgiving and noticed there were no large baking pans. The staff went to Walmart and bought some for us. The house is about an half mile walk to the clubhouse; easy. Overall, a great experience!

Fun House!
Spacious and well-appointed. The house is as nice as the pictures make it out to be. It’s brand new so there was nothing in the pantry (coffee filters, salt & pepper, sugar), but that is a warning and not a complaint. Facilities are really nice. Too cold to go in the lazy river so we’ll have to come back for that. Our ages ranged from 4 to 85 and everyone had a great time.

Incredible Family Vacation!

We were all very impressed with this home and the Windsor Island Retreat. There was ample room for 8 adults and 3 children, with game rooms, and the pool and sauna. The resort was fun, clean, with great staff and security. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this home and resort.

The house was beautiful and the amenities excellent. However the parking situation is atrocious. Why anyone would build a home that sleeps 16 people and put 2 parking spaces only big enough for cars, not trucks is beyond my comprehension. There were cars parked in every drive , lining both sides of the streets and in yards.for this reason alone I would never recommend this resort. That the fact this the house we stayed in has a water plant behind it making constant noise 24/7. We were not alerted to this before we rented this property. Sorry I cannot give this home a better review.

The house was huge with a fully stocked kitchen
The house was huge with a fully stocked kitchen. They thought of everything you would need to cook for a big group. Never seen a bug inside which is a huge thing for me. Clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfy which made a big difference as we rented for 14 nights. Pool was clean and not too big or small. Resort was very nice as well.

We had a family of 13 staying on our vacation. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms/showers. The kids loved the game room and xbox and pool table. The pool and hot tub was awesome that also provided a-lot of rafts and floatations. We also enjoyed the resort area with several pools and lazy river and putt-putt golf course . I would definitely stay here again!!

We booked this home for our annual family vacation, and we were incredibly happy with every detail! The check-in process was so smooth, and when we got there, we were so happy with how clean everything was. There was plenty of room for the whole family, and the themed rooms were a big hit with the kids. There was something for everyone, from the game room, pool, comfy couches and a TV in the family room for movie nights, and resort clubhouse too! We are already planning our next visit!

We absolutely loved staying at this home. It is beautiful and more than enough room for our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool was amazing. We all loved our time inside and out. The description of the property was very accurate We had everything we needed when we cooked or made drinks. The property was very clean when we arrived Whenever we had any question, and there were a lot, we were answered really fast I would recommend this place to anyone. We had 13 of us and the house was really perfect. The games in the garage and upstairs were really fun. The kids and adults played them a lot. We went to all Disney parks and universal and they were all pretty close. Within a half hour even in the traffic Lots of restaurants and grocery stores really close. Walmart only three miles away. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for letting us stay.

Blue Sky villas team made a family/friends vacation a magical one. The house when exactly as it appeared on website, and was properly cleaned. We enjoyed the game rooms and private pool. The resort also was great with mini-golf, water park, full court basketball court and volleyball court and bean toss. Most importantly Blue Sky Villas provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire stay, which gave us more time to enjoy ourselves and the resort. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Lots of space and things to do
The house was great! Plenty of space and 3 different game rooms! The kitchen is well equipped with a crockpot, air fryer, and griddle, many of extras! Very clean! The only thing missing is an outside grill, but you can rent one from an outside company. We also loved that the garbage was picked up everyday.
