This property was so stunning! It looks just like the photos on the ad. The property was very clean, well taken care of, and had all the essentials to start us off on our vacation. We had a perfect stay here and would definitely come back.

We had a great time at the rental house! We had a group of 13 and had more room than we knew what to do with. The kids loved the pool and the games upstairs! So grateful for the locked gate around the pool.

We loved using the resort pool, but were disappointed we couldn't take even water bottles in (but that's not the rental house fault - just an FYI). The other homes close did have some late nights and were loud, but we asked them to quiet down and they did.

The location to/from Disney/Universal wasn't terrible, we left during school drop off so Universal was the longest, at 45 because of traffic, but we were home in 30 that night!

The description of the rooms was great. The cleanliness was great. The customer service was great, and they checked in multiple times to make sure we were good to go!

We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the stay at the property. The host was very responsive and checked in each day of the stay. The instructions were clear and the check in process was easy. The home was just as described and had a fully stocked kitchen (plenty of pots and utensils) and all the linens and bathrooms were cleaned. I would stay at their property again!

This home was beautiful! We have stayed in multiple in the same community and this one is by far our favorite. Great amenities, clean, well laid out. Very responsive if needs were to arise. Will rent again!

We had an incredible stay at this Villa in Windsor Island Resort! Our group of 8 guys came down for a golf trip, and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The size of the place really stood out right away. With 8 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. No one felt cramped at all, and having so much room made the trip that much more enjoyable.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained, from the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings were high quality, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home felt professionally managed and organized.

The upstairs loft area was a huge bonus for our group. The pool table, foosball, air hockey, and big TV gave us the perfect space to hang out at night after long days on the golf course. The private pool was also a highlight and a great place to relax and unwind.

The location was extremely convenient, right off US 27 and close to everything we needed including Starbucks, Publix, and McDonald’s. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Spacious, incredibly clean, and ideal for a group trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Five star experience all the way.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the house and community amenities. We will definitely consider staying again next year! A few things to be aware of.. loose trash isn’t allowed in the garbage (we followed without issues so we wouldn’t be fined $100), but someone else in houses near us was putting their unbagged trash in our can. When arriving and checking in at the gate it can be a little hectic and unsafe if you’re lined up on the road, but after you receive your pass it’s not an issue.

I cannot express enough how much fun we had during our stay. This home was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The pool and the jacuzzi were just some of the highlights of staying here. The host were always very responsive and helpful, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here who is looking to have a blast.

An amazing stay!
An amazing stay! It was very spacious and everything that we needed was readily available. Perfect for a couples trip or family vacation as the house is so big, everyone can entertain themselves separately .

The villa was very clean and exactly as advertised by Blue Sky Villas. We had plenty of space for the nine of us. We originally planned on 14, but we had a last-minute cancellation. The space would have been fine even if everyone would have been able to come for Thanksgiving. It was an ideal place for our children and four grandchildren. The spa and pool were very clean, and we paid for pool heat that worked great. The villa seemed fairly new and the furnishings and TVs were great. There were some minor issues, and the Blu Sky team handled those extremely fast. Some other minor issues arose but we could live with them. However, we are very confident had we reported those minor items those would have also been handled very quickly. The resort was better than we expected and the GK's had fun swimming and playing putt-putt golf and basketball.

Be aware that the villas are about ten feet apart and the back outdoor spaces are very close to each other. We could easily see into and "hear" about five separate lanais. Two of the lanais had very large groups and played extremely loud hip-hop music well past 10 PM. Even before 10 PM it was so loud we couldn't sit outside with the kids due to the disgusting language and loud noise. We called security and reported the clear noise violation, but it was not remedied, and they never called back to follow up. We called the Sherriff, but they recommended we not officially complain, probably because of retribution. I would not recommend this place for family or friends that are looking for a good value family vacation in the Orlando area. Even with all windows closed the noise was so much that none of the adults could sleep

Sadly, the three very disruptive nights ruined what could have been a great week.

We cannot stop talking about this home! It was truly a dream. The house came with everything we needed to start off our vacation and so many fun things to do for our days away from the parks. The resort amenities were also such a hit with the kids and we will absolutely come back next year!

The house was very beautiful , clean and comfortable for my family .. Communication with them was amazing no headache at all everything was smooth when trying to communicate with them.. The area is very safe and it felt right at home .. Keep in mind is a gated community so coming in will take a little bit and sometimes the security don’t see you tag so they will not open and they ask you where your pass

House and location was great. Home was a prefect! The community pool and facilities were a little crowded but to be excepted during spring break time. Also, there is not a real tennis court within community. Would stay again!
