Spring Break March 2024
House was very spacious and relaxing to come back to after our days were spent adventuring the greater Orlando area. The pool was great, the family really enjoyed our swim time along with playing air hockey in the garage. The theater room is a great addition, we watched Jurassic Park & Twister. I also really enjoyed being able to walk to the fitness center at the club house that had a decent setup.

This house was everything we needed and more! We were so impressed on how clean and well maintained the villa was when we arrived. We had plenty of space to lounge around and really enjoyed the upstairs movie loft area. The pool and spa were also great! We definitely recommend this place for families!

Excellent villa with great facilities. We had 8 of us staying, more than enough space for us all, house and kitchen was well equipped and pool was fabulous. Would recommend taking the heating option as the pool would not have been used as much. The garage games room was a great bonus, lots of hours wasted in there! Perfect location for the club house, literally around the corner. Access to the house and the gated resort was very straightforward, and the location is great for Disney. Universal is a little further out and with traffic it takes about 40 mins but for the location benefits, we were happy with that journey. Only bad thing to say is the dishwasher is hopeless. Noisy and inefficient, plates and cups almost always had to be rewashed. But we are talking minor issues.

Perfect Family Vacation!
We booked this home for the first time and we really enjoyed our stay here! We usually book a hotel close to Disney but we opted for a vacation home this time around. We found this house to be perfect and super convenient for us! We loved having our own private space while still being close to the parks and restaurants. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We plan on booking here again for our next trip!

This house is AMAZING! Looks exactly like the photos. It’s very close to the clubhouse and playground which is perfect when traveling with kids. The game room and pool were a big hit, as was the upstairs movie theater area with power recliners. House was clean, plenty of linens, and all the things you need for a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again, and Blue Sky was very very communicative and helpful! Checking in was seamless, and the gate guards were kind and helpful. Was much appreciated that we didn’t have to wait in long lines to get into the community! All in all we had a fantastic week at this home and can’t wait to stay with Blue Sky again soon!

Magical Stay
This villa added some serious magic to our Orlando trip. The inside was so fancy, and the attention to detail was on point. The kids loved their bedrooms, and the hot tub was a chill spot after hitting the parks. Can't recommend it enough for a magical time!

Beautiful house just as expected - big kitchen with everything needed, lots of rooms, comfy beds, nice TVs, fun game room, great pool and spa. Gate guards were a delight. Drive to Universal was 30-40 minutes. Disney would have been less. Pool/spa heat was wonderful. Communication was over the top leaving nothing out. The only nit is that the loveseat in the game room is in terrible shape and really needs to be replaced. Hanging hooks in the bathrooms would be a very helpful addition. Overall, our family of four adults felt quite at home and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful Home with Great Amenities!
We had a nice stay at this location. It is in an Airbnb-filled neighborhood so there are lots of amenities. We didn’t use any as that wasn’t the purpose of our trip but this would be great for families or groups. The house was huge. The only recommendation I’d make is bring extra blankets! We wanted some for snuggling on the couches and there weren’t any.

This home is just as described. Very nice! The home was clean top to bottom. I will say if you like a firm bed, as my husband and I do, you will have trouble resting. The beds are cloud soft.. We had absolutely no issues. It was very very quiet in the neighborhood. Home is equipped with everything needed; plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. About 25 minutes from Disney with traffic.

Loved the house and the layout. The whole group did as well. Plenty of room and features. Very clean. One comment as we walked in was that the place smelled clean. House was a bit of a drive to things we were doing. The resort amenities didn’t thrill us. Was hoping to take advantage of the pool and hottub but the weather wasn’t suitable. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful stay for our family. The house was so clean and minimally decorated/not cluttered. My young kids swam in the pool the entire time! The hot tub was a hit for the cooler weather! We loved this home. The customer service was exceptional. We have rented many homes and this was by far the best service we’ve had. Wonderful place!

The house was beautifully kept and welcoming. The grandchildren were thrilled with the pool. As a frugal traveler we planned many meals at home. My tips for future renters of this property are less than minor. "Basic" kitchen supplies does NOT include any kind of food storage, wrap, containers etc. Cooking essentials, spices, spray oil, S & P, are also not available. At the end of your stay, you are only allowed one garbage bag, not enough to empty leftover groceries etc. This would not deter me in any way from renting again, I will just be better prepared for meal plans and end of stay clean up. Overall, it was a perfect space for a multi-generational family to make wonderful memories.
