The property was tastefully furnished and well equipped.
Photos don’t do justice to the size of the place. All the rooms are large and the living area (kitchen, dining, lounge) is huge. 4 of us had more than enough room and we were very comfortable.

The resort’s pool complex was also really good, and perfect to relax in.

Perfect for family with little kiddos!
Our kids could not get enough of this home and resort. We typically book a hotel for Disney trips but we chose a vacation home instead and we were so happy with our decision! Very beautiful, clean, and the management helped make everything easy!

Best Family Vacation
Staying a the Windsor Island Resort was an amazing experience for my family. The resort has so many activities that you don't have to leave off the property. We enjoyed the large lazy river, pools, hot tub, and mini golf. Our home here was very clean and comfortable with accommodation for a toddler. I really enjoyed the house it felt like a home away from home!! We will definitely come back to stay here!! This was our first family vacation and the ability to make installment payment made the preparation so much easier!! Thank you so much for that, just for this reason I would never ever book a AIRBNB if I'm in Florida!!! Blue Sky Villa will forever be my first choice I have already started looking to see if they offer other properties outside Florida!!! Once again thank you for making this the easiest and best trip ever!!!

The place was perfect for us. We have two girls and they loved having a themed room. Another family came with us and their boys loved the Star Wars room. There is plenty of room for us to have our own space. The backyard pool was used almost every day. Great space for a getaway

The property is immaculate! Well decorated and designed rooms, amazing pool area, all amenities needed (we even found a basketball, some pool accessories and pool towels available). Looks better in person than online. You will find everything you need. The resort is also amazing, with the only complaint that facilities close early (6pm in February) and it gets quiet and lonely. Safe location, and relatively close to Disney, but a bit far from airport and other parks.

it was a great little getaway for my family
it was a great little getaway for my family (12, 10, 3, 6 months). the private pool is small but it was great. the kids played all day when we went to the clubhouse pool and such. This isn't the fault of the property and Airbnb itself, and did not rate it with this in mind. But the lazy river floats were hard to come by and most had to go without a float. but house was clean and cute and management did amazing. I really don't have any complaints.

Overall was good, we like the location it was our third visit. Only negative was next door is a rental location and they have a tv by the pool which was on loud till 3am in the morning on a few occasions.
We had 1 issue when the power had tripped but the breaker is in cleaning cupboard but the management team had someone there within 2 hours and sorted.

Magical home!
Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was clean, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of room for all of us to relax after long days exploring the parks. The layout was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own cozy space, and the themed bedrooms were such a fun touch that the kids loved! We also enjoyed the resort amenities at Windsor Island Resort! From the lazy river to the arcade and mini golf, there was always something fun for everyone. And the location was so convenient, just a short drive from Disney, restaurants, and shopping. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. This villa truly made our vacation special — we made memories we’ll always cherish. Our family of 8 stayed here for 12 days and absolutely loved the home and resort. The kids enjoyed staying upstairs in the fun, themed rooms and having an extra living room in the loft to hang out in at night. The pool was also a big hit for everyone (our kids range in age from 9-24). I was able to cook all kinds of meals in the huge kitchen that had everything we needed. The resort was equally great especially since it was just a short walk across the street. Playing basketball, mini-golf and free arcade games in the game room kept everyone busy when they weren't lounging by the pool and lazy river. Shopping was easy with Publix just a few minutes away and Walmart about 10 minutes. The location was also ideal for all the fun places you'd want to visit in the Orlando area. Over the past 20 years, we've stayed at about 10 different resorts in the area and this is our favorite! We hope to stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay with our kids and granddaughter. She loved the Stitch themed bedroom. The villa was very clean and within walking distance to the resort pool. The private pool was an added bonus. The kitchen needed a few more items like cookie sheets but overall it was fine. Nicely decorated. The property management company was awesome. Answered any questions promptly. We had an issue on Sunday and left a message to have someone come Monday and maintenance showed up right away on Sunday and fixed it! Very impressed. It’s a great place for families and we will definitely be back.

Firstly, the pictures do NO justice for this place. This place was beautiful and very spacious. It accommodated my family very well. Lots of amenities in the kitchen to use to cook for your family instead of eating out. House very clean. Pool very clean and I was able to pay extra for heated pool. The host “Blue Sky Village” was very responsive, nice and helpful. The resort was nothing short of amazing. The pools, bar and lazy river was a hit for my family. Our Airbnb made it the best Christmas ever, my kids preferred the home instead of Disney. It was just like home!

Amazing Stay
Our stay was amazing. The place was clean and family friendly. The pool/patio was nice, and even had a bathroom. The resort was great. It was a quick walk away and had a lazy river, slide, bar, and a free small arcade. Our kids loved it. The location in general was a bit out of the way for some things like walmart and restaurants but they are building this area up so I think that won’t be an issue for long. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great resort villa! This villa was very clean and in a great location to the main pool. We enjoyed floating around the lazy river and the slides. The “theme” rooms were so cute. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The pool was perfect! We did pay extra for heat and it was worth it. Nice place to relax!!

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Lots of little things that took away from it being better. Here are some of our obeservations:

Pro's:

1. Comfortable mattress and pillows
2. Pool is a cozy temp when heated and nice to have with the kids
3. Nice cooking pots and pans
4. Nice size for multiple families/large group
5. Internet works well
6. Excellent community amenities and a 1 minute walk from unit
7. Excellent pool area staff
8. Quick response time from blue sky villas

Con's:
1. Non drying dryer
2. Dishes
1. Plates not microwave friendly - I burned my hand trying to heat up leftovers
2. No baking dishes
3. No casserole dishes
4. No mixing bowls
5. No measuring spoons.
3. No network channels to be able to see Thanksgiving Football.
4. No sponges for dishwashing.
5. Bathroom dirty upon check in
6. Not enough towels
7. Dishwasher doesn’t clean well
8. In unit vacuum barely works
9. No pool towels
10. No coasters to protect furniture
11. No extra toilet paper
12. Horrible bathroom mats - slip hazard for kids and older adults
13. No hand soap - mini hand soap only

We rented this townhouse for a week long getaway from winter. This place was amazing and as advertised. It was so close to the resort pool and activity area. It was clean and the host remained in contact the entire time to ensure we had a great stay. Dinner at Giovanni’s Pizzeria and Kitchen just a short walk up the road is a must.

Very nice and clean house. Plenty of room. Resort amenities are great. Host company was very responsive. Only critique (which was not significant enough to affect my rating) was that while there are plenty of plates, cups, silverware, etc., there are absolutely zero pantry essentials (salt and pepper, cooking spray, starter coffee/coffee filters. This was the first such property that did not have these things. Not a huge deal, and the listing does not say it is included, but would have been nice to at least know so we could plan accordingly. Overall though, great stay.

Stay here! This home has everything you need for your family needs. The rooms are perfect for the kids, and the other rooms are great for the adults. The resort is just a short walk away which was so nice. We were so sad to leave and were were already trying to see when we could come back!

I can’t begin to summarize how AMAZING this property is. It truly felt like a home away from home. Beautifully decorated both for adults and the themed bedrooms were outstanding. My kids LOVED them. Onsite pool was a godsend to help decompress your joints after long days at Disney. Clubhouse waterpark was also VERY cool & only 2 min walk unlike other properties where you’d have to drive to the pool. The only CON I have about the whole trip has to do with a clubhouse rule and does not reflect this condo in ANY way. They do not allow personal water bottles or snacks (ie Stanleys/Yetis) inside the water park. They do offer glasses of water for free however it would be more convenient to have your own insulated supply of water that you could refill at your leisure. I understand they are trying to prevent outside alcohol from entering, but an empty bottle that could be filled once inside would be appreciated. Lots of amenities within 5-10 min drive. Disney was only 25 min.Very convenient to get to everything you need. Overall we LOVED this property and can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks for adding to an amazing family trip!

Comfortable, Clean and Spacious
My family and I had an amazing time during our stay here. The house is just as pictured which I was so happy about. The house is comfortable, clean and very spacious. The surrounding area was very nice as well. We truly enjoyed the water park area and wish we had more time there to enjoy the other amenities. The hosts were very friendly and great communication. Relaxing and Comfy Vacation
This home was so clean and nicely decorated! My kids loved the Lilo and Stitch room. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basic things we needed, and the location was close to lots of shopping centers for us to stock up for the week! This was our first vacation in a while, so we were very happy with how clean everything was. The management team was super helpful when we had question, too! Everyone had a great time, we can't wait to come back again soon!

Definitely would recommend and come back!
We had such an amazing time here. The house was beautiful and clean, lots of space for our family. Just across from the community center and pool. We decided to turn on heat for the pool, and they arrived within a few hours to turn it on! They answered all our questions quickly. Definitely would recommend and come back!

The condo was in great condition, nicely decorated, well stocked with essentials (dishes, coffee maker, iron, beach towels, etc.) and was well cleaned. Resort pool and common areas were well kept and managed. Initial vehicle check-in process is ridiculously slow and manual, but otherwise the stay was hassle free and excellent.

It was the first time our kids have ever been to Disney and this villa topped it off! It was great to keep the Disney theme going once we got back to the villa.
