The place needs work. Same decrepit couch is still there as when we stayed a couple years ago, a couple/few of the beds make LOUD creaking noises whenever you move and seem ready to fall apart, clothes dryer takes THREE cycles to dry clothes, refrigerator has a tough time refrigerating anything, and the WiFi is spotty at best. Blue Sky Villas (the property management company) is absolutely TOP NOTCH, but we will never see the inside of this house again, that's for sure.

Correspondence with the staff was wonderful, quick responses and solutions. The home was great. However, some furniture/mattresses were low scale. We definitely had fun with our family and we’re comfortable with the amount of space.

The rental property was absolutely amazing, no issues that would deter me from using the property again it was very clean, a very beautiful home decorated nicely. The ice maker didn’t work but I purchased bags of ice so that wasn’t a big issue, and the refrigerator shelves were off track. Although there were a couple complaints about a few of the beds being hard All of my family enjoyed the stay. (Minor suggestions, add more lighting around the pool area and replace shelves in the refrigerator). Other than that our stay was great! I definitely would recommend to my friends and family!

This home was incredible! It perfectly suited our family reunion/trip to Disney. All of this kids loved the themed rooms. The private pool and spa were super relaxing. We had the perfect stay and would definitely come back!

My family really enjoyed this house!!! Great location and very clean. Our only issue was the temperature of the house was controlled by the management company and they couldn’t get it properly adjusted to our very last night there. With that being said they really tried their best to keep us accommodated and for that I commend them. Overall it was definitely worth it and made our trip enjoyable!!!!

The home was over great! Clean, great location and had all the necessary items needed. Space overload! The internet was spotty at times and the bed mattress can use a little upgrade but over comfy. The movie theater was a hit with the kids. The pool was fun and plenty of seating outside. The kitchen and living room was my favorite. That couch was super comfy. The complex was in a prime location with everything and all kind of stores eating spots all around on the main strip 192.

Clean spacious home
This house offered plenty of space and lots to do for our family reunion! The kids all loved the themed rooms and got lots of pool time, and the kitchen was perfect for making dinner. We all loved the theater room for winding down at night! I will definitely be recommending Blue Sky Villas to all of our friends, we're already planning the next visit!

The house we stayed in was great. The only complaint was the beds on the main level were very uncomfortable. Would suggest a mattress upgrade. The pool and spa were great. The heat did stop working but was fixed within a day. There was a leak in the split in the movie room but this was also fixed the day we reported it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet although often difficult to get to the house with all the cars parked along the street. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great rental experience and will definitely return with my family and I. It was extremely accommodating for everyone, appreciate how fast management replied and was always a text or phone call away to assist. The property had fans in the closet which came in handy because for some reason it took a while for the house to cool down when we got there , but once the AC kicked in it stayed cool on our whole trip

Awesome stay
This place was an awesome stay for the family to gather on vacation. Tons of space and plenty of things to do inside and outside of the home. Theater room was great for family movie nights and the pool was amazing to cool off in. The home was very clean and the BSV team was very quick to help us whenever we needed. Definitely recommend

Great Stay for Golfers
Our group of 14 golfers had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and hand plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby golf courses, and the property itself was spotless. We encountered no issues during our stay, which made for a stress-free experience. The only potential improvement would be upgrading the beds, as others have mention, they could be more comfortable. Overall, it was a great place for a golfing getaway, and we would consider returning!

Overall, our experience was positive. A few things I want other guests to know before they book: the instructions relating to the condo are not specific to the actual unit you are renting (no pool cover, grill is always there compared to being delivered, the security gates do not require a special code, DL, or virtual assistant). The furnishings are dated (electronic starter on grill did not work, even after trying to replace with a different battery; there were scuff marks on tables/counter, stains on the ceiling, the door handle broke on the sliding glass door, dresser drawer was wobbly and another handle needed attention; projector in theater room was old, very pixelated image). The theater room was converted from the garage, musty smell, maybe from lack of air flow. Areas of improvement: more towels (and places to dry towels, clothes dryer could not keep up with large amounts of wet towels); more kids plates and utensils; technology (a lot of TVs had cable boxes, but not all of them were connected to TVs, had to plug in HDMIs and even then couldn’t get some of them to work, had to log into our own streaming services to get some programming). Rental agreement says up to five cars – parking immediately around this unit was “ok” but had to drive through several other congested areas to get to our unit (cars parked on both sides of street, kids playing in driveways/street). We did not have many interactions with property management company, but they were quick to respond when we did.

BOOK THIS HOME!!!
This villa was incredible! I was nervous about our family feeling too crowded in one home but it was actually the perfect amount of space for us. The property is well kept and the management team is incredible. The staff checks in to make sure you are enjoying your time and the maintenance team was nice to us and helpful when we had to call them out to check on something. 5 stars and we will definitely keep Blue Sky Villas in mind whenever we plan a trip to Florida again.

This house was amazinggg
This house was amazinggg. I give them 5 stars and will probably stay here every time i come to florida haha. The property managers were very helpful throughout the entire trip and the check in and check out process was easy. My suggestion is to bring your own laundry detergent and there was no broom there so we had to purchase one lol. Other than that ZERO complaints. This was my daughters 5th birthday with a total of 20 people (children & adults).

My experienced was seamless from reserving to the actual checking in. The house was ready as scheduled and upon review it was clean, very spacious and look exactly as in the photos. The only drawback I would say is that the beds can use some updates and the living rooms chairs. The area was nice and the clubhouse was pretty cool. The property managers were very thorough the house information was received in a timely manner. They would send message to of certain updates and see how your stay is going. If you message them they respond quickly. All in all my family & I enjoyed our stay very beautiful home.

Upon arriving at the rental check in was nice and simple. The code from the email worked no problem. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for my party of 20. The house was clean and well decorated. Great location as well. The wifi wasn’t very strong and we had issues connecting to the internet or receiving/ making phone calls. The theater room was an awesome amenity. The kids and adults both enjoyed watching movies and playing video games on the huge theater tv. The seating was also quite comfy. The pool and spa were enjoyable however there were not enough pool or bath towels to accommodate my party. I ended up going to Walmart to purchase an additional 9 towels. There was plenty of cutlery and dishes. The beds were terrible! Most of the beds were only pillow toppers on top of box springs and broken slats to support the mattress. My bed in particular did not even have a box spring mattress. I only had a mattress on broken slats so myself and my boyfriend would have to sleep on edges of the bed trying not to sink in the middle. The management company was great to work with.... Very nice and responsive. I was also very disappointed in the community pool/water park/lazy river. The pictures online make the water slides seem much bigger than in reality. The pool drinks are extremely pricey and did not taste very good. Huge waste of money... 3 souvenir cups one was a virgin pina colada and the total was $75. I completely wasted the mango margarita as it was gross. If some tweaks to the home were made on the beds, towels and internet I would consider staying here again. Without improvements though I would look to rent elsewhere.

We visited Florida to treat our grandkids to a trip to Disney. This house had everything we were looking for! Plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds, and a spa to relax after a long day in the parks. The kids loved the themed rooms. Blue Sky Villas was very helpful and professional. We would definitely come back!

The property was everything as described and then some . The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting anything Disney or Sea World and Discovery Cove. The only thing I would recommend is the bed mattresses need to be upgraded or memory foam topper added and there is no can opener.
