This was our honeymoon getaway after renewing our vows. We arrived on a Sunday. The place was very spacious and had very comfy beds. The pool and jacuzzi area was spacious and semi-private. A very nice game room too! We loved it and plan to stay again. On our way, we were called to let us know that the air conditioner wasn’t working on the main level, but the upstairs, where the bedrooms were mostly, was air-conditioned fine. We were told it would be fixed the next day, and we could stay there, or they would find us another place. We decided since it took us so long to choose a place we liked, we would stay there and thought it would be fixed the next day. The upstairs had another living room area, so we were pleasantly surprised. Then we were called the next day, saying they couldn’t get the air conditioning done until Thursday. They offered another place for us to stay or compensation. We decided to stay because the house was so nice, and the bedrooms upstairs were comfy and air-conditioned, and we didn’t want to pack up and move. They offered a nice compensation and a fan for downstairs while we cooked. The ceiling fans helped. Then to our surprise, we came back from an outing, and the owners sent a care package to us with an apology for our inconvenience and thanked us for staying. That was so nice and thoughtful. It made our day! Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms, very clean and spacious! We loved it!

Fun!
Our kids had such a fun time here! It is very family oriented and safe. The features in the house were wonderful and the house itself was very clean. We look forward to booking this again!

Great stay here with Blue Sky! Beautiful touches throughout the home and very clean. The pool heat was awesome - definitely recommend purchasing this for your stay. The team was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. We booked for a business meeting with a few extra days to relax and enjoy, and we were very impressed with the whole experience. From booking the home all the way to check-out, Blue Sky Villas was easy to reach and quick to respond. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the excellent amenities at the resort. We would definitely recommend!

Best of times
This home is exactly as pictured. It is clean, spacious and everything is provided. The community pool is awesome and the community workers pleasant. Blue sky management is easy to work with and promptly respond to messages.

Villa had everything we needed. With the pool, TVs, board games, and more, we had such a great time. Location is close to everything you need. We had traffic issues but had already expected that. Morning jogs and evening walks were relaxing. The owners were very responsive (usually within the hour). Would definitely stay here again.

Our Orlando vacation at this villa was absolutely perfect! The spacious rooms, beautiful decor, and fully equipped kitchen made our family feel right at home. The private pool and backyard were a hit with the kids, and the proximity to Disney World made our daily excursions a breeze. We can't wait to come back next year!

This stylish and well equipped villa was an excellent base for our stay in Davenport. It was roomy and had lots of thoughtful touches from Games Consoles, to hot chocolate makers to air hockey tables. Something for everyone.
We loved the large pool for swimming and the loft area for relaxing in the evening. Late checkout was not a problem and the pool was heated to a very pleasant temperature. Our kids loved the Oasis club which was a short walk from the villa. Thanks to the owners, the cleaners and Blue Sky Villas for ensuring we had a fantastic holiday.

This property was exactly how it was listed. Everything was clean neat and tidy. Enough room for all. The balcony for me was the highlight. Didn't have to leave to watch all the boardwalk shows. My only complaint is that I had to leave. *sigh*

Great Property

Last minute rental which was accommodated by Blue Sky Villas and their amazing staff just short of midnight. Gained access the next morning. House was immaculate. Great experience on all levels.

Beautiful house and pool. Both were exactly as pictured. All of the games in the game room were in poor condition (not working or worn out). Disappointing that the house didn’t come with a grill, but that was mentioned ahead of time.
House is absolutely ideal for large groups/families coming together!

Champions Gate closed their “owners/returning guests” entries at 9:00 pm each night, so if returning after that, plan on an additional 45 minutes to get thru the gate (even if you have a bar code to scan). CG also had an entry point ONLY for owners even though you can access all of the houses from any gate. This restricts guests to use 2 gates...making the after 9:00 pm backup even longer. You WILL get honked at and yelled at by people behind you trying to use the 2nd access...then they drive past you and realize it is closed and try to cut back in front of you to use the only gate available.


All in all, we were very satisfied with the house, but not sure I would come back to Champions Gate because of frustrations with gate/access issues since we were out past 9:00 pm almost every night. If you don’t plan on returning after 9:00 pm, access shouldn’t be an issue.

Beautiful home!
The house was gorgeous and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the game room along with the pool. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only tip would be consider putting a mini split AC unit in the garage as it gets extremely hot in there even with the fan on. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family picked this home for our long overdue vacation and it was just like the pictures if not better! We really enjoyed the space for all 12 of us. The resort amenities were a huge hit for our group and the private pool was great for our late night swims. We really enjoyed this home and would rent again!
