Our stay at Solara Resort in Orlando was pure enchantment. The Harry Potter-themed decor added a touch of magic to our vacation. The proximity to the Disney parks was a huge plus, and the villa itself was spacious and well-equipped. A dream come true for families!

This home was PERFECT from beginning to end. The property management company was very accommodating and customer focused. They ensured I had all the information needed for my stay. They answered questions almost immediately and was available when I needed them. The home itself was beautiful! It accommodates all 20 of us comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool. The home was clean, spacious and just relaxing. The community amenities were awesome. If we vacation to Orlando again, I’d love to stay here again.

September Vacation
We stayed here in September and everything was spot on! The home was extremely clean, well maintained, and the customer service was top notch. They made sure we were fully prepared for our upcoming stay and even contacted us during the stay to make sure we were having an enjoyable vacation. We enjoyed our time at Blue Sky’s! We loved the house and all of the amenities! There was so much to do, from the game room and pool table, to the pool and hot tub! The house was also comfortable for relaxing and watching movies. This was our second time to the Solara resort. We enjoy the community pool and the walkability of the neighborhood!

Very Nice Place!
Everyone (14) had space. Especially after being together 7 days.
Only 1 concern. The dryers need CLEANED. Vents within and tubing are clogged and take a long time to dry.

Overall I rate it a 10/10.
It’s was a very comfortable stay the whole time beautiful house plenty of space. There was a group of us and we still had a extra room . Comes with utensils and towels which was was nice the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall I rate it a 10/10.

Property is located in nice area, the home is large and lots of room. Liked there were several rooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms. Pool was heated at our request my kids swam every night. We used a recommended 3rd party (no hassel vacation rentals) for the stroller, wheelchair and beach package. Highly recommended them. Management responded quickly to massages. Would stay here again if on Florida. Nearby to all Orlando attractions.

our vacations there were awesome, but there were few details if you want to improve your service. Not having a grill is one of them, the cooking elements were of bad quality, the arcade games were misconfigurate, the washer dryer on the left (next to de door) made loud noises, the kitchen cloth towel were with a lot of smell.
Please take these points as indicative of what to improve, we are very happy with the house and our stay there.

I would recommend staying in their properties.
We had a family of 11 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Clean and great location for the things we wanted to do. The Blue Sky service was perfect, and they were easy to contact. Any questions we had were answered immediately. I would recommend staying in their properties.

The house was excellent and the pictures very accurate, except the house felt bigger than we imagined from pictures. Extremely spacious, airy, etc and very comfortable for a big family. The carpets were a little worn out but the furniture in good condition. Blue sky was extremely responsive, came down minutes after we called with a pool heat issue (which they fixed).

This is a great property for large groups
This is a great property for large groups. Our multifamily, multigenerational group of 10 had plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet and most have a private or semi-private bathroom. The Harry Potter game room was a hit with everyone!There are multiple seating areas large enough for a whole group to sit without feeling cramped. The house is nicely decorated as well. The clubhouse is a very short walk away (5 mins at most) and has a great pool, gym, and fun activities, so we didn’t even use the house pool. Disney parks are 20-30 mins away - Universal is a little farther. We loved the place, and here are a few things you should know. All the info you receive about the house being lightly stocked is true. If you’re driving, bring what you need, including Kleenex and coffee filters. The toiletries provided are hotel size and won’t last long for large groups. Neither will the toilet papers and paper towels. Stores are close, so plan to get supplies when you arrive.

OMG, What can I say! This home exceeded our expectations! From the size of the home (huge), the neatness, the comfort, the neighborhood, the game room to the yard, nothing was short of AMAZING! My family and I had a blast. Despite the other comment below that stated bugs were found in the drawer of the kitchen, we did not have any of those issues. No issues with air, water, maintenance, NOTHING! The pool guy came and serviced the pool like it was stated that he would do. Trash pick up was picked up every morning like stated. The Only issue or should I say REGRET we had is ME not booking an extra 2 days because we did not want to leave! WE will definitely be visiting again.

The staff was very courteous and quick to response to my text when the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. The coffee maker was broken and they sent someone to purchase a new one. Someone arrived within 30 mins to an hour on about each issue. The home was very clean and enough towels was provided. Had to go buy more wash clothes, which ch we were fine with. Most of all, the home accommodated all 22 of us. I will rental from Blue Sky Villa again, when my family is ready to vacation again. Thank you again ❤️

This property was exactly how it was pictured and described. We used it as a base for a boys trip and it was roomy and clean in a safe quiet location. We didn’t actually cook but I’m certain that it had all amenities that would be necessary if we wanted to. Everything was smooth and easy with lots of space and nice beds. The host was proactive and communicated regularly to make sure everything was great.

Thank you for making our time in FL memorable!
The home was spacious for our group of 16. It was spotless and included all we needed to feel at home. The arcade room kept our children entertained for hours. The pool and hot tub were clean. Grocery stores were in close proximity. The employees at the clubhouse were very friendly. Blue Sky was also very responsive during the entire process (from the time we booked the property, up until the day we left the property). Thank you for making our time in FL memorable!

Family Disney Vacation

Family Vacation
We had an awesome time at this house, which accommodated 22 people. The house look exactly like the pictures and there was no major items. When I called about the ac stop working, someone was there to fix in 30 mins. When the coffee maker was found broke, they had a new one delivered when in a few hours. Everyone loved the house and we wish we could have stayed longer but work and school awaits.. Thank you Blue Sky Villa for the fast response and the quick responses thru text messages. We sure will be referring family and friends.
