We had an amazing time at this house for our family reunion! It was the perfect space to make memories we’ll never forget. The home was spacious and comfortable, with a great game room and a beautiful pool that the kids enjoyed every single day. Highly recommend for large family gatherings!

Would definitely rent this property again!!!
Blue Skies Management company was wonderful to deal with. Replied to any of my minor concerns almost immediately. We rented in the same complex 5 years ago with a different management company that was an absolute nightmare. My only minor complaint about the house was it could have used more pots/pans and containers for leftovers. House was everything that the photos showed. Our 8 grandkids loved the games room as did their parents. Public pool area. gym. games room ect was wonderful. Would definitely rent this property again!!! again!!!!

This was our second year staying in windsor island and our first time in this house. House was absolutely Beautiful. When we arrived the games were in a reset mode so we had to figure that out and they did do that throughout the week. House could have been cleaned a little bit better. Toilet paper had half rolls in some bathrooms. One thing i did take notice to was walls going up the steps have lots of marks on them and could use a new paint job. Fridge took a while to cool down as well. Some of our food had to be moved to the freezer because our meats were warm. Other then those frw things the house is perfect and very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be back. I was however disappointed with seeing if you book in may you get free pool heat and a 7th night free. I asked about this special and they said it was a winter special, so we originally booked a different house and they gave us free pool heat, but then switched to this house 30 days before coming and this place made us pay for pool heat. When i looked at the website a few days ago they offered free pool heat and an extra night stay for the month of May. I reached out and they did refund me the pool heat but would not refund us the one free night. I think they should have given us both since it was a May special.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculate in every way. Every room was like brand new. The beds all were fantastic. The mattresses so firm yet soft, the bedding was the most comfortable ever. Even the kids mattress and beds were excellent. The washer and dryer worked so well, especially the dryer, we had a lot of laundry and it was always dry. The game room was really fun and could be cooled if you want it to be. We throughly enjoyed our stay and our hosts the company and private owner were also wonderful when we had to cancel then rebook. They were nothing but quick to respond, understanding and extremely helpful and kind.
We will definitely be back the kids loved the pool too.

We had a family reunion of 12 adults and 10 kids and the house was spacious enough with room to spare. Blue Sky Villas management were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. The community clubhouse was well managed and the pool areas were fantastic. We will definitely rent from them again!

This place was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with dishes, kitchen supplies and towels for our large group. There are many fun activities for all ages, both at the rental itself and in the community area. The one thing it is missing is a playground. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly by a real person who actually answered the phone! (Although several things that weren't working were not fixed during our stay, none of them were critical.) We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place.

The rental was clean and very comfortable. The kids had plenty to do and the adults were entertained as well. Plenty of space to set up some board games as well as sitting down to eat together. We built memories that will last a lifetime and we are truly grateful for the experience.

What a house. My family loved it.
What a house. My family loved it. We surprised the kids and they freaked out with the arcade in the home and the private pool. The rooms and slides were so cool, kids slept in a different one each night. It is the perfect location and close to Orlando and all the parks Rooms were clean and spacious. We used the community amenities one day, but it was a little more crowded than we liked. We had all we absolutely needed. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Our extended family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. It was exactly like the pictures. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. The slides and lights were so fun. The arcade game room was a huge hit. The whole family spent hours playing! The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing, just what we needed after a long day at the parks. And the beds were very comfy. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably. The location was great! We took the back roads to the parks and it took about 20 mins each way. There were lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We didn’t get to use the club house, but it looked nice and clean. This house was perfect for our large family gathering. We wish we got to spend more time here. Will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!

November 2023 Family Vacation
This vacation was absolutely perfect! The themed rooms and arcade room were a massive hit for the kids. Everything was extremely well done and very clean. The property manager was great to work with and made our vacation as seamless as can be. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

The place looked just like the pictures. I was worried it was going to be small but it was very spacious. We had 15 people, including 9 kids and you couldn’t tell at all. We were able to get in and out of the entrance easily. We didn’t use the club house/water slides at all, so wouldn’t be able to judge that. It always seemed busy and limited parking near there so you would want to get there early in the day to park in order to use them. We would definitely book this place again if we do another Florida vacation.

This was a great villa - it was very spacious for our large family. Although it was advertised as near the parks due to the traffic everyday it generally took an hour to get to them but as Ubers were cheap it wasn’t a problem.
We stayed for 2 weeks and it would have been nice for a broom/mop to have been available for us to give a quick clean downstairs.
The pool and clubhouse were quite a trek from our villa so we only went once and it was quite difficult to get any sun loungers.
My only gripe was on our day of departure as we couldn’t get a late checkout we had to leave the villa by 10am. Our flight wasn’t until the evening and we thought to spend the day at the pool clubhouse but there wasn’t anywhere to store our cases - it would have been nice for there to be a luggage storeroom.

The Villa exceeded our expectations. We were a party of 22 and the space in the Villa was fantastic. The kids loved the games room and the Pool and also the themed rooms.
Blue sky villas were fabulous to deal with and answered any queries we had. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was perfect and we would definitely come back!
We had such an amazing vacation rental in Orlando, Florida! The spacious living area was perfect for our family and the comfortable furnishings provided a relaxing place to unwind after long days of exploring Orlando. The house is outstanding
The house is outstanding and got rave reviews from the kids and adults alike (even if the game room led to ski-ball and arcade-related intergenerational rivalries). Everything was very clean and worked well. The pool and hot tub were a great temp, and we had great communication with the management. The one note I would flag is to allow plenty of extra time if checking in on a Saturday. The community gate backs up and they do a reasonable job trying to keep up with registering all the new guests, but the peak backup was probably 45 min - 1hr. That is an issue with the community, though, not the house. We loved the house.
