We picked this house for the adorable themed rooms and convenient location, and we were not disappointed! Everything was just like the pictures. It was great coming back to a clean, comfy house after a long day in the parks. The heated pool was a big bonus too. We loved it and would definitely recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend staying here! The home is well decorated and clean, with everything we needed and more. The resort was awesome, and the location was very convenient as well. Blue Sky was always so helpful with our questions, and the check-in was so easy, with all of our questions answered before we even got there! Can't wait to come back!

Great Stay
I was here along with my daughter and her roommate for a week long stay. It was a combination work trip and vacation. The house was exceptional! Very clean and comfortable. I needed to work and had no issues with wi-fi or connectivity. The location is close enough to the parks that we would return each afternoon for a break and then back to the parks in the evening. Close to restaurants and groceries -- very convenient. I can't wait to come back and will definitely stay here.

Home was very nice, exactly as shown in photos. Kitchen had cookware for simple snack and meal prep. The home pool exceeded expectations with lots of pool floats and games. The club house pool was also a big hit - a great way to spend multiple days of vacation with small kids! The beds and linens were not 5 star hotel quality, but met expectations for an Airbnb. Blue Sky was responsive to our questions and brought us a missing amenity asap after requested (even though it was on New Years Day). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

Blue Sky villas were conveniently located to all attractions. The villa was very spacious, clean, and relaxing for the entire family. The clubhouse was also beautiful with so much water activity to keep the little ones busy for hours. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kissimmee area.

Loved It!
We usually stay on Disney property but decided to give something different a try because of our large (10) group. Loved staying here - we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy, make meals at home, swim in privacy. It's close to shopping and the parks, great neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about it. I will be back!

Overall it was absolutely amazing and will definitely use Blue Sky in the future
We stayed with 3 children and 4 adults.Way beyond what I expected space wise.The kitchen had everything we needed and then some.The only thing we bought other than essentials was some plastic plates so we could eat outside as the host requests glass not be used in the pool area.Overall it was absolutely amazing and will definitely use Blue Sky in the future

Great stay!!
I had a short stay here while also in town for work. This unit was in fantastic condition. Super clean and well maintained. Pool was fantastic and sparkling clean. It's near the end of a quiet side street but still close to the clubhouse and main pool area. Blue Sky is very responsive and I can't wait to come back later in the year for a longer stay.

Perfect Location and Property
We were here for a 5 day weekend trip and couldn't be happier. The house was sparkling clean and everything was new and fresh. The huge kitchen had everything we needed and having our own private pool at the end of a long day at the parks was idyllic. The house is close to many restaurants and stores so it's easy to stock up and have food for your stay. I loved the Star Wars theme in upstairs loft area and the Harry Potter and Mickey Rooms are so much fun. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay here again. Blue Sky Villas provides great service and communication both before arrival and early in our stay.

Super Nice
This home looks almost brand new. It is in very good shape and was extra clean. The themed rooms for the kids and the Star Wars area were very nice. The pool area is dressed up with extra tables and chairs and lots of plants. No rear neighbors so you have total privacy at the pool deck. The housekeeping was terrific all throughout the house. Great location minutes away from all the Disney parks and easy access to stores and shops.

Wow!!
This property is amazing! Super clean and well appointed. It feels like it is brand new. The pool area and themed room are fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The housekeeping before we arrived had the entire house spotless. The location is ideal at the end of a dead end street but still close to the clubhouse. Very close to Disney and a short drive to Universal. Don't wait -- book this one today!!

Top Notch
Fantastic week-long stay. Unit has a perfect location -- close enough to the clubhouse but not too close for too much noise. Quiet side street with no rear neighbors and large grassy area to play. The townhouse was very clean and bed linens and towels are all in very good shape and super fresh. Everything still feels very new. Property Management was very friendly and quick to respond. Quick and easy check in. This resort is only a few minutes from Disney but also has quick access to Publix, Walmart, Target and plenty of restaurants. A++

Great Location to all the parks and fun spots in the area! House was clean and the kids loved it. The pool is a perfect. The only reason I gave a 4 star on clean is because the garbage area in front of the house has a lot of bugs that make their way in the house! I know the heat doesn't help.

Awesome family vacation
This vacation was so great! The home itself is very clean and the decorations were adorable for the kids. The resort was just a few minutes away and we loved having all access to the amenities there. We stayed here for 8 days and had no issues with the stay. Easy access to neighborhood and into the house. Everything was as expected. Beware of raccoons getting into the trash bin and make sure it is latched.

Everything was great, just as described. Management even provides some starter things like dish soap/paper towels etc, which came in handy until we got out to the store the next day. Great service and great location. We would definitely come back again

Wonderful stay!
This place was a perfect location for our family. Close to plenty of things we wanted to do in the area (mostly Disney related but also shopping and restaurants), and provided activities to do right here including our own personal pool and access to the club house pool area! The home was clean and stocked with things we needed, and had enough space for our families to spread out. Will definitely be staying here again for another trip!

My family really enjoyed staying here. It was fully furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped. The home is very clean. There is so much storage space and my family of 7 was very comfortable.
The only thing was the spiders by the window in the master bedroom and the trash situation. Every night the raccoons got inside the trash and made a mess on our front porch. It made going and coming inside the home very uneasy.

Can't Wait to Return!!
Stayed here a week with my group of 8 people. Plenty of space so we all had privacy. Pool area, living room and kitchen were all very comfortable and we had a great time. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice and the themed areas are spectacular. Kitchen is very nicely quipped and after a quick grocery pick up at the nearby Wal Mart we were all set for the entire week. The housekeeping and follow up service from Blue Sky Villas was excellent. We are already planning our return later this year!!
